Wanted food for take out, ordered 3 sandwiches and the waiter doesn’t have costumer service skills and communication, waited for 20 minutes, didn’t get any information about when the food is coming and when I asked for how long do we have to wait, the waiter said”it’s not McDonald’s” , then we waited another 5 minutes and got told that they are giving us the money back when we thought the food was almost ready

This place is great. Brought my 3 kids while on a trip to Niagara Falls. Not only is the food great and an amazing price, but the server was very friendly, helpful and attentive and the atmosphere was overall good. Will definitely be back next time we're in the Falls.

The food and price were good! My only complaint was that it took a while for us to get our food. It took 45 min to get our food from when we placed our order. Other than that it was great.

I took my son there on Valentine's Day for lunch , The place was Packed and that say's 1 thing to me "Great Food" .. I remember this place well as it's been open for 90 years and used to go here as a teenager. , Its Freshly decorated also and with the jukebox still at every booth . Our waitress was Lori and she was awesome and very friendly. We had clubhouse sandwiches and salad, All was excellent and tasty . We will be returning again in the near Future . So if you have a chance , Go check it out ! You won't be disappointed.
