Food was good, portions were huge. Atmosphere is not the greatest tbh thought. I would take out in the future.

Food was mediocre at best. Service was terrible…server spilled hot beans on my hand and leg and offered a meek apology. My order was wrong. I asked for extra bbq sauce and was given a half of a little plastic cup and was told that’s all they had until they made more. Overall, a very disappointing dining experience.

Dropped by quickly to get take out to take on the bus back to Toronto. I let the server know that I was on a rush to catch my bus and asked for suggestion on what would be quick and good. She said almost everything. I selected the brisket poutine, the server let the cook know to do it right away and I got my food pretty quick (less than 5 min). Awesome service and the brisket poutine was also good. Very large portion. I would think it would be good for 3-4 people to share :p the French fries were crispy outside yet soft inside, generous gravy w generous cheese melted on top. Brisket were cut into small bite sized pieces. Only thing I would want different is not to cut the brisket so small since I like larger portions to bite into. If I had to run for the bus at the Niagara bus terminal and had to grab something quick, I will definitely come here again. Also great value for the food.

Jeffry’s is out GO TO PLACE for AWESOME BURGERS. We have been there twice now and just love the place. I am a self proclaimed Burger Meister and must say they Jeffry’s is for the Discerning burger eater with a mature taste.Service was good the cooks went right to work when our order went in and in a very reasonable time made out amazing burger creations! My wife loves malt vinegar on where fries and they did not have any. Not sure if they ran out or something else but they brought us some white vinegar which was better than nothing. So Jeffro’s a note for improvement. All in all we enjoyed this place and as I write this several days later I craving a Jeffro’s burger. They are located on a revitalized aria of Niagara Falls on a Historic street document with much of its interesting history.Keep up the Amazing burgers Jeffro’s. You were recommended to us by a friend in St Catheines and he was right on target. So check out this place and let Jeffro’s know you read my review and are expecting a tasting sensation.

I went in at approx 6:00 pm for a pulled pork sandwich and a side of fries for takeout as I am staying at a local Inn. I waited a full hour while everyone else got served all around me. Including 4 takeout meals that were cashed out in a timely 20 minute fashion. As I was waiting I decided to grab a drink and inquired about my meal a couple of times as they kept on serving everyone else. I noticed the cook had a foot long beard, hanging out and I thought goodness I hope I don't find one of those scragglies in my food! Both cooks using their bare hands touching food, and then grabbing their personal drinks. I was ready to cancel my order but I was famished and I had already paid and told the server to keep the change! I also said I think they forgot about me. For a place that is supposed to be focused on food, they are a bar.....first.... When I mentioned to another server when I finally got the food that I had to wait an hour to get it while everyone else got theirs, her lame excuse was that takeout ended a while back? Huh? That certainly did not explain the 4 takeout meals that a woman ordered, and the random takeout containers still flying out in between. The sandwich was good. The fries...and I love fries...were gross. The oil was old so they got dark and the insides were not cooked properly, bendy brown old oil sticks. Better shape up guys since you haven't been open that long...too bad it was such a disappointment. Never again

We started off with an order of deep fried mac and cheese balls. They tasted like Kraft dinner and were alright. I ordered the full rack with fries gravy cornbread and baked beans. My girlfriend ordered the half rack with fries and salad. My full rack was split into halves and one was way more dry than the other. My girlfriends was also pretty dry. I assume they cook halves at a time before the rush and then serve. The best part was the fries and gravy. Hands down the best gravy I’ve had in Ontario. Baked beans were also very good and had a spicy kick to them which I enjoyed. I recommend getting the corn bread to dip in your beans. Coleslaw was really creamy and delicious. Server was great but said she would bring out a dessert pie for my girlfriends birthday and never did.

While the food was good. The staff were not. Our waitress was fine but the other waitress/bartender did not help her at all. Kitchen staff was off. My meals along with other patrons came out staggered instead of the entire table at once. My table 2 of my party came out 5 minutes before mine and my other guest. Read the reviews before deciding but maybe it was just an off day for the staff. Restaurant had 22 patrons including my table and not everyone came in at once.

Nice place. And the food isn’t bad either.Came here on the recommendation of my friend. The place is located on Queen Street right downtown Niagara Falls. If you’re a guitar enthusiast, they have a few strange guitars on the wall; one is made from a hospital bedpan.The ambiance is nice. There’s a stage where they have karaoke night on Thursdays and a live band on Saturdays. Of course with our luck, we went on a Friday (facepalm). That was very disappointing for us.Ordered the pull pork and brisket plate and the bacon burger. The portions were disappointingly small. The taste was ok but a bit salty for my taste. Perhaps if I ordered a beer or something, the food might have tasted better.The staff is super friendly and accommodating; they make you feel welcome. The food is not the best value for the money. But if you come to listen to some music, it’s not a bad deal.

Juicy, tender and flavourful goodness, if you're looking for somewhere to spend a cheat meal, this would be well worth it! Cheddar cheese balls were quite salty but crispy. We ordered the cheeseburgers and poutine. Our kids had a burger and fries. Everyone loved the food. The fresh cut fries are out of this world good. The cheeseburgers were out of this universe good. Best burger I've ever had. We will likely dine in the next time, as my husband noticed they have live bands when picking up our order.

Wonderful service and tasty food. I had the pulled pork and French fries. I usually dislike fries but these were skins on, perfectly salted. It was my first visit and definitely won’t be my last.

Very Good Food and great portions. I love the staff who were courteous, kind and very informative. Also the wait time is very less. Recommend whoever is going to Niagara to stop by and grab a bite. Also, do have their onion rings - crispy, yummyness!

We were greeted by a very friendly server. Very happy atmosphere! We ordered the Big brisket Burger and the Roadhouse Burger with fries. The burgers are a very generous homemade beef patty and the fries are fresh cut. WOW!! We were so pleased, it was very delicious! We will be back!!! Thank you!
