Very kind server. However.. Patio was very unkept. Food and napkins on the ground and dirty tables. Clogged urinal and no paper towel (at opening time - mid-day). No toilet paper in upstairs washroom. Chicken parm was thin with burnt edges. Pizza was uncooked. Salad was overdressed.
Terrible experience. I was expecting a homemade italian sauce and the pizza was full of tomato paste. The cheese was hard. Basil? Just a few dried flakes. We also order a parmigiano veal, they brought another veal, much more expensive. The meat was white, cold. The kids meal was supposed to be $8,99, when I received the bill, they charged $9,99. Just terrible. This place must close its doors.
Been going here intermittently for years. OK but never wowed by the food. It's just close/local. I don't know if it's just because the place is running on autopilot with no oversight but the servers need guidance. A lot of the servers I have had really don't seem to care enough even to do the minimum requirements of their job. Can't even remember to bring your soup before a meal. Very Cocky attitudes and couldn't care one way or another. Your money is better spent elsewhere. I say this from experience and it is not the first time. But the last for me.
I recently had a disappointing experience at Johnny Rocco’s in Niagara Falls. I checked the closing time and arrived 1 hour and 15 minutes before they were set to close. Despite the restaurant being empty, the waitress refused to seat us, claiming the kitchen was closed and it was past last call. Oddly enough, on my way out, I saw two tables still holding menus and clearly hadn't ordered yet. It felt like we were turned away without reason. 😌
Thankfully, we ended up at Remington’s in Niagara Falls, and the experience was night and day. The food was absolutely fantastic—delicious, fresh, and generously portioned. The service was excellent as well. I was so impressed that I went back inside afterward to buy a $200 gift card for a birthday present. I will definitely be returning!😁
I eat the wood fire pizza and alfredo pasta. The food was very good and my server was very friendly. I went last weekend and I will be back.
Food was good, and I can't really complain. Was a little pricy, but that comes with the neighbourhood. Table was extremely sticky, If we weren't starving we would've went somewhere else.
Alll the staff is ace
Absolutely outstanding service. I don't think I've ever had a waiter go so far above and beyond. Will certainly recommend this place and will go again in the future.

Food was great, yes even the gluten free pizza. Actually the gf pizza was one of the best I’ve had lately. Our waiter was fantastic.
We will be back. They apparently have all different specials during the week.
Dietary restrictions: Gluten free pizza is excellent!

Ordered takeout garlic loafs, Margherita pizza, pasta-pasta came with a side salad and 2 desserts (cheesecake& tiramisu)
This place has really gone down hill the last 3 times we’ve either eaten in or taken out it’s been different food quality and taste. Pizza is no longer fresh with fresh basil is sprinkled with dry basil and half the pizza was rock hard/inedible. The pasta chicken baked penne , wasn’t creamy was very oily and very flavourless huge disappointment, the garlic bread was good nothing to rave about and not worth $18, house salad only had half of the toppings it usually has/ had had in the past which was very disappointing, cheesecake was still frozen, tiramisu was also just not good only ate half of it then couldn’t stomach it anymore. Overall not good experience and with the increasing downfall of the quality of this locations food, the only other chance I’d be giving Johnny Rocco’s is at their St Catherine’s location. Used to LOVE this place used to go here for birthdays anniversary’s, nice night out with good drinks but not anymore very sad and disappointed.

Food and services are good. I didn’t give 5 stars because my husband’s lips and hands turn black after eating the pizza. Other meals (party of 5) are great. My husband doesn’t like the taste of the pizza. That’s the only drawback. Ladies: Don’t order pizza on your date night or it will mess up your make up!
