Good food and great people that have a lunch special if you get there before 3pm really good food. And the staff is very friendly I call the owner mom or mommy she feels so nice when she speaks with you….and let me tell you of you like j*** chicken you will be licking your fingers up! Their j*** chickin is popping! And they have many other yummy food items! They always give a can of pop with your meal so it’s a balanced meal! If your in town pass by and have a taste!

This was our first time visiting Kool Katts this weekend in Niagara. The atmosphere was great....the customer service was great...The food was sooooo good. Our hubby's said they wanted real jamaican food and they were so pleased. They are a hidden gem in Niagara because if one of the couples didn't say they wanted jamaican food and we researched we wouldn't have known they existed. I recommend them to everyone. Delicious food, and amazingly friendly staff. The oxtail is incredible. The connected residences are a bit sketchy, I didn't feel parking on the premises, which is the reason for the one less star. Worth it for the delicious food.

We walked in and literally walked out the lady came to the table and basically looked at us we had to ask for menus and then was told that they didn't have menus the menus are online terrible customer service treat this like we weren't supposed to be there very horrible demeanour

The lady at the front was pleasant and helpful with letting us know that they had left for the day. We ordered the oxtail dinner and we’re happy we made that decision. The oxtail was perfectly cooked and seasoned very well. The last few bites of the rice and peas were a bit too salty. Overall we enjoyed our experience and would recommend for lunch or dinner if you’re in the area.

My go to order here is the ox-tail. I've tried the fried chicken and jerk chicken. None of the three dishes were spicy (in the slightest). I love their coleslaw and rice-and-beans. They also have outdoor dining if you like soaking in the sun. They accept visa, debit and cash. Super easy to find since they're on Lundy Lane too.
