I’ve purchased a a few eclairs. All of them were old ( hard as a rock ) and bitter. Not acceptable to sell them to the public.

This place is mediocre at best. The hot counter is always cold. They don’t bother to heat up their selections before serving. How is this not a violation of the health code?
Their sweets selections are MOSTLY sourced, not made in store like they’d have you believe.
And, the staff, especially one particular lady at the front, are so rude and miserable, it just kills the whole shopping experience. There’s no joy in this place.
Been here a few times and have given this place plenty of chances but never again.
PS: don’t bother complaining to management, if you have a concern, they don’t care!

15 minutes of waiting - Nobody came out from the bakery space in the back to greet/assist/ cash out customers. Left as a result.

Lack of selection of cold cuts. Cold cuts sliced so that every piece was half instead of a full slice of meat. No hot table as they don’t have hot table on Sundays. One sandwich left, decided on the 2 rice balls that were left. It was given to me cold, did not warm it up. When I bit into it, the rice ball tasted stale and cold. Very disappointed.

Tired a few different sweets and was not impressed at all. The canoli filling was strange with pieces of fruit? Or something inside. The small tiramisu and cherry cheesecake tasted old & stale. The caramel cheesecake was the only thing I liked. Won't be back. My hunt for a good bakery continues.

We were at Niagara on 9 th June. It was my daughter's 21st birthday. They had few on display, to which the lady said are samples. The one she wanted was sample and the freshly made cake was being cooled. Therefore, she chose the tiramasu cake. We came to the hotel, and as soon as we opened it, all we saw was a molded lady finger biscuit. We still cut it but just tried a tiny piece, which was bad and tasted stale. We paid $42 for that. Extremely upset.
