Husband and I we’re there on 02/20/24 around 9-9:30pm. Had the club sandwich with Caesar salad that we split along with onion rings. John and the young woman(name started with a S) waited on us.

Overall the food is great The mussels were not the greatest the flavor was good but laking the sauce they were bone dry and no place to dunk your bread The first time we had them they were great thats why we ordered them. O

The lower level sport bar is a good place to relax and enjoy if you are visiting the casino.The staff are super nice and warm, there is plenty of space to sit. Their menu is also has a basic variety of options.The food is also good, I got the burger and fish and chips. The burger was amazing and the fish was super tastey and well fried.Overall cool place to relax.

We went to eat at Level2 this past Friday! Waitress never put in for our appetizer so never got it!! Our club sandwiches had uncooked bacon and bread was hardly toasted! Waited forever for our bill!!

The restaurant was very accommodating. We requested a quiet booth. We had a hearing impaired visitor with us. The restaurant came through and gave us a fantastic little booth excellent food good time all around, and the service was outstanding.

The Surf and Turf “special” New Years menu was awesome and well priced. Excellent rib-eye and a big lobster tail together with mash potatoes and green. The house green salad was a choice accompaniment. Lisa our server was great as usual.
My husband and I come LEV2 L once month . My husband always has the ste ak and he likes that it's always done perfectly. I like their ribs special on Fridays or fajitas . On our last visit our server was John . He made our visit so enjoyable . He has very upbeat personality and he truly enjoys what he does . He did everything with a true perfection .

Overall, I love the vibe of the sports bar. Lots of great seats and TVs to watch any game you want or place sports betting and order drinks, appetizers, and food. Unfortunately I wasn't crazy about what I ordered. I don't eat beef at all and I ordered a crispy chicken sandwich For some reason it tastes like beef. I don't know if it was cooked in the same oil but it also smells like beef which just kind of turned me off. I ate half at the restaurant and I brought the other half home thinking I would bring it for lunch. But it still smells and taste like beef, very weird.

Table was ready at the requested time. Very courteous and friendly staff. We were served by Lisa and Lori who were very efficient. Food was served as each course was completed . Keep up the great setvice

We are regulars and generally love Level 2 for its great pub food and service. Over the last few months, the service has gotten considerably worse…they scramble like they’re understaffed but seem to have enough staff for the number of customers. But where the food could normally make up for the service, the last few visits the food has been cold…we haven’t said anything because we recognize there have been a lot of changes with the new ownership, and most employees are doing the best they can, but the most recent visit we didn’t have a choice because the food was actually cold. Sad to see service and food quality are suffering!
