It’s not what it used to be, take out order placed via 3rd party however order was missing items and restaurant refused to make it right. Food quality has gone down hill re take out. Dine in may be a better option.

Everything I have had there is wonderful. Very friendly staff.

This is the best Chinese food anywhere in Ontario. Hands down!! Excellent service, food and atmosphere. I come down here from Toronto just to eat here. The owners are also friendly.

Ordered through their direct website. When I went to pickup I advised it didn't have an option to recieve 10% off or choice of a specific dish. Was told their online doesn't allow it because they have to pay a fee. I advised it didn't say that as I looked for information to be told no. And that was the end of it. No offer for the discount or dish.

Luckily I arrived 10 mins early. Surprisingly my food was ready. Got home (7min drive) and food was cold. COLD cold. I've ordered from them before and history is it's hot or at least warm. Clearly it was prepared far too early.

Ordered orange beef. Absolutely disgusting. A soggy disgusting mess of cold batter in a sauce that had no flavor.

What a disappointing meal. Wont be back.

Placed a order at 12pm and I am am a regular customer.Went to pick it up and the order was not ready they ignored me treated me like i was invisible.then they gave my order away.Got home with my food .cold chicken still frozen.terrible terrible food it ruined our dinner.will never never return.please stay away from this place .they don't care.

Great food. We always do a take out when visiting Niagara Falls !!! This was our second visit to the restaurant and plenty of portions of two of us. Had to make a takeout after the dinner.

Vegetarian options: Lots of vegetarian options. Like vegetable fried rice and broccoli with garlic sauce.

Picked up food for take away on Christmas Day. Staff was very friendly, however, the food was as not great. Everything was mushy and bland.

Order take out online. If you order online you don’t get the 10% off or the complementary fried rice or chicken balls after you spend more than $30, you have to order over the phone to get that apparently, but he didn’t even offer the 10%. Anyways we ordered pork fried rice, which it was ok with barely any pork, noodles and beef it didn’t come with any sauce at all and it tasted old and super heavy with no flavour, ordered chicken balls 🤮 so disgusting old like rubber. I usually like this place but today it was so gross and heavy. It sucks, can’t find a good Chinese restaurant in Niagara Falls, waste of money.

I tried to call several times New Year’s Eve early afternoon to place an order to pick up. I got an answering machine saying they are not taking calls at this time. I drove to the restaurant and ordered three combination plates to go. They said they were not doing combination plates at that time and had to be full orders or nothing (I specifically went very early in the afternoon because I knew they would be busy, as I am a regular customer and have been since they opened). I was very disappointed at being “dismissed“.
