We were a table of 8 with a reservation. While the food was good the service was disorganized and food did not come out on order or in a timely manner - 35 minutes to get 2 orders of fried bananas. We arrived at 6 and it was 7 before the appetizers for 6 of us came out . 2 of our group got there dinner. We will not recommend or go there again

We stumbled on this restaurant about a year ago and absolutely love it. Whenever we are in Niagara Falls, we go out our way to make sure we have lunch or dinner here. The Pad Thai is always done with the right amount of spice. Portion size is good as well.

Living in a Motel nearby Mai Thai Cuisine Niagara for more than a week, I was looking for a good food restaurant to rest my stomach from microwaves meals and so when I entered in this restaurant. I first was greatly impressed by the sculpture at the door and all the deco which give an enjoyable atmosphere while eating. The food itselve was healthy and tasty and the servor, a young Asían, was very sympatic. I recommend this restaurant to any visitor who looks for a good meal at an afordable price in Niagara Falls.Vegetarian options: I eated a very attractive eggplants plateWheelchair accessibility: No step.

Ordered takeout. Specifically asked to add basil and wasn’t added. Takeout quality of the food was not even 10% of what I eat there. No salt no spice no veggies. Felt like rice with some meat and no flavour. Very disappointing. I had to throw away everything and order something else. I always dine at this place but quality of the meal and the service is gone down drastically. I will not be returning to this place again.

We ordered take-out yesterday and specified severe gluten allergies several times. They assured us there would be no contamination. Have been suffering since eating it. Will never order from here again. I don't think it's safe for celiacs.Dietary restrictions: Celiac / gluten

Ordered the chicken and shrimp curry pad tai and they made the wrong one. Took it back to make the right one and it was watery and did not taste like a curry paste. Reorder the normal chicken and shrimp pad tai and it tasted like barbaque sauce.
Not only was the food disgusting, no one seemed to understand what we wanted, and the staff present was very ignorant and somewhat argumentative - a big no-no in the food service industry! #FAILWhich Asian restaurant doesn't have fortune cookies, and they didnt even know what they were lol....and since when do onions cost extra (at least that's I think she said) Her English left something to be desired, very frustrating..She didn't even give me a receipt!We were in a bind so we had no choice but rest assured we will never come back here again.
