Margaritaville Niagara Falls

This was our first time visiting a Margaritaville and the low score on Google made us a little nervous. But, every staff member we interacted with was friendly and smiling. The food really surprised me. It was very good! Also, best drinks I’ve ever had.
We were inspired by Youtuber Ted Nivision to try this place out (he made a video going to every Margaritaville and Rainforest Cafe)

Tally? Tali? A waitress who's name sounds like the word Tally, is amazing! My sister and I came in for drinks, and she went above and beyond to make us feel welcome! She's so cool!

Drink menus didn't have prices, we only ordered 2 beers and cost $30. Not cool. Over priced

Went with a large group of people, 30+ people. Made a reservation, only 1 waiter for everyone he was great but you would think that with that many people they would have had 2 to 3 waiters. Food is way over priced for what you get and not very good. My burger was flavorless and dry and overcooked, same with the fries.

This is a fine establishment. Food was good but nothing mouth watering. Staff was excellent. It just wasn't my cup of tea or food fare.

I recommend going as it's a fun experience, the staff is awesome, and the food is good and has some variety to be family friendly.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding Experience – Exceptional Service!

We had an absolutely wonderful experience at Margarita Villa, and a huge shoutout to our server, Talie.

From the moment we were seated, Talie welcomed us with the warmest smile and made us feel instantly comfortable—like we’d known her for years. Her kindness, genuine positivity, and polite demeanor truly stood out. She served us with so much care and attention, and you could tell she genuinely loves what she does.

The food was absolutely amazing and the drinks were fantastic, but the cherry on the cake was the service. Talie completely elevated our experience with her exceptional customer service.

Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for great food, amazing drinks, and outstanding service. If Talie is your server, you’re in for a great experience!

If you've never been to a Margaritaville its basically a Florida / Caribbean vibe with the occasional Jimmy Buffet song played over loudspeakers. Its usually festive, although in Winter this location is rather slow (as you would expect in a Canadian winter).

Menu options are simple, with emphasis on Florida style bar offerings. Of course they offer a plethora of drink options with Margarita flights, mixed drinks, and beers.

The decorations are cliche and remind me of a boater bar you would see in a coastal town. There is second story seating and an outdoor veranda.

I can imagine the crowd in the summer would be quite festive.

The waitress was rather down to earth and didn't formally greet, she just kinda shouted across the restaurant in a friendly way, met us at the table and did a good job at keeping us served.

Kyler, forgive me for a misspelling. Is a huge asset to this establishment. We were basically the only 2 people in the bar at the time and he was awesome, made great margaritas and a great personality. My wife and I come here every year for our anniversary and this one was probably the best. Thanks Kyler , you will be amazing in whatever life you choose. Thanks pal, it will definitely be a memorable moment for us. Cheers kid.

This place sounded perfect for our group, but the experience changed as soon as we walked in. We were treated without respect from the start. The manager was rude, raised her voice at us, and told us they had many groups and that accommodating us “was not a possibility.” She even paced in front of us, murmuring about whether we were leaving or not, which felt very unprofessional.
I approached a different manager and, within five minutes, we were seated—something that could have been handled politely from the beginning.
The food was okay, and the drinks were very expensive for what they were. The positive part of the night was our server, who was extremely nice and took good care of us once we were at the table.
Overall, the service at the entrance left a bad impression, even though the server later on made the experience better.
