Overall great time, the place wasn't as busy on Saturday so it was very easy to get seats and drinks. They hosted a karaoke night and the atmosphere was great, everyone was having a great time.The staff were very pleasant and friendly, and the drinks tasted great.The only Issue I had was that it was very humid and hot inside and found it hard to sit for a while.

We came for a conference last year and ate here to a wonderful experience. Last night was completely different. I didn't know what was happening with our server but all drink orders were wrong, food orders were mixed up. However everyone has bad days but I would also say the food (I had the burger) was just ok.

Came in with my boyfriend for their late night menu as it was a Sunday in Niagara and most places near our hotel were closed by 9-10pm. Walked in and it was empty, only two seated tables whom were already eating. The waitresses were awesome, but it took almost an hour for an order of poutine and wings to come out. Two drinks, poutine, and wings was $77 and that's without our tip on top. For the amount we paid, I would have hoped the sub-par bar food would have been cooked correctly but alas; we woke up the next day with food poisoning. Couldn't eat anything, even drinking things like Gatorade or juice made us throw up and its been almost 24 hours with us still being sick and unable to eat. Really upsetting experience as Margaritaville in other countries is amazing, not sure what went wrong with Niagara's location. Wouldn't come again or recommend to anyone, better to just go to the Rainforest Cafe as the ambiance is prettier and you won't run the risk of food poisoning.Dietary restrictions: Offered gluten-free options for food.Kid-friendliness: Kids were running around, open concept restaurant with bright colours and lots of 'tropical' decor.
I would think it would be hard to mess up bar food in general, and especially at the price point here. But they managed to. I'm surprised this place is still operating... Likely since it's a tourist trap. Horrible food. Decent but slow service. Would not recommend.

Maybe it was a fluke, maybe just our server but we weren't happy with the service. We got an initial drink order which half was missing and then never received our others until we flagged a different server. We waited 15-20 mins just to order after the drink issue. Barely saw our server and then a new server came. Food was OK.

Me and my girlfriend stopped by for a few drinks and appetizer before dinner. Service was excellent and fast. Out waitress (Claire) was very attentive and quick. Had a great vibe to the whole place. We came in on a Saturday at 3. The onion rings are excellent! Highly suggest.
