Worst McDonald’s ever my order was a crispy chicken order and a Big Mac on the side I got a Big Mac and a McDouble then after my bill was almost $25 you call and everyone that answers the phone is the manger and you get nothing but attitude. Save your money.

Waited twenty minutes for my order that was logged in at the kiosk, never came. Attendant asked me for my slip and advised me the order never came through, she was puzzled and did not know how to problem solve this conundrum. Other patrons waited and were frustrated with the wait times that were reaching 15+ minutes in the empty restaurant. After standing there for 20 minutes with my order still not logged into the system I left and went through the drive through to try my luck. Waited another 10. Workers had absolutely no idea what they were doing. We’re mostly standing around looking confused. Infuriating experience over all . Food was good though, surprisingly

The last few times being here, I have been told to wait in a designated waiting spot because something wasn’t ready except I don’t think they pay attention to the amount of people they tell to go and wait. There aren’t enough waiting places for all the lost looking people… then you wait for 10-15 minutes to go in yourself and get your food and enjoy cold fries… No idea what changed to this McDs but it’s definitely failing now

The night drive through is pathetic it take more than 20 minutes to get food and it was just 2 coffee, 2 burger and one wrap that too they made it wrong and have to wait to next 10 minutes to get that..if the shop was too busy we can understand but there were no one.This was not the story of one or twice but every time this happened
AND WE ASKED FOR COFFEE WITH NO SUGAR BUT GAVE COFFEE WITH SUGAR

the worst experience one want to have can come there especially through drive thru. i had given an order and they said come to second window and i went there and waited for about 7-8 minutes. one girl went through the window havent even looked at us and went off we tried to call them but havent got any response. i went back to drive thru ordering area and she said she was on break and the other girl didnt know about the order. like you dont value the order given then whats the surity that you make it properly. i will never go and will never ever recommend anybody to go there. the worst staff and worst service. thankyou and bye forever.

2024: Food is McDonalds...no complaints though. The staff are awesome as we had questions about where to find a few places in Niagara and the lady cleaning the floors was able to provide a TON of information to us, thank you! :)

The food was good although the service was ok but we had to keep repeating what we said and they probably asked us like five times and the table we not clean at all that is disgusting because there was chewed up food on the table so we had to clean it ourselves didn't even offer to help.
