I went to McDonald’s every morning for my bagel and my large Coke with extra ice but I stopped going because there pop constantly tastes like there’s some type of cleaning product in it as well… it’s a shame I go to Burger King now for my large Coke doesn’t have that chemical taste to it….

Worst McDonald’s ever my order was a crispy chicken order and a Big Mac on the side I got a Big Mac and a McDouble then after my bill was almost $25 you call and everyone that answers the phone is the manger and you get nothing but attitude. Save your money.

Waited twenty minutes for my order that was logged in at the kiosk, never came. Attendant asked me for my slip and advised me the order never came through, she was puzzled and did not know how to problem solve this conundrum. Other patrons waited and were frustrated with the wait times that were reaching 15+ minutes in the empty restaurant. After standing there for 20 minutes with my order still not logged into the system I left and went through the drive through to try my luck. Waited another 10. Workers had absolutely no idea what they were doing. We’re mostly standing around looking confused. Infuriating experience over all . Food was good though, surprisingly

The last few times being here, I have been told to wait in a designated waiting spot because something wasn’t ready except I don’t think they pay attention to the amount of people they tell to go and wait. There aren’t enough waiting places for all the lost looking people… then you wait for 10-15 minutes to go in yourself and get your food and enjoy cold fries… No idea what changed to this McDs but it’s definitely failing now

The night drive through is pathetic it take more than 20 minutes to get food and it was just 2 coffee, 2 burger and one wrap that too they made it wrong and have to wait to next 10 minutes to get that..if the shop was too busy we can understand but there were no one.This was not the story of one or twice but every time this happened
AND WE ASKED FOR COFFEE WITH NO SUGAR BUT GAVE COFFEE WITH SUGAR
