Excellent experience, store manager was super nice and made our kid extremely happy. We are very appreciative for his courtesy and friendliness.
I had a very unpleasant experience at this McDonald’s around 5:38 PM today. There was only one young female employee working at the front, and I had to wait a long time for my order (an ice cream and fries).
When I finally received my food, I politely asked if I could have an extra spoon. However, before I could even finish my sentence, she cut me off and started talking to the Indian customer behind me, completely ignoring me. Her attitude was cold and dismissive, and she made no effort to engage with me at all.
Additionally, I noticed something very unhygienic—right after handling cash from the previous customer, she immediately touched my fries without changing gloves or washing her hands. This is unacceptable and shows a lack of basic hygiene standards.
I also realized that she was hiding her name tag, so I have no idea what her name is.
Overall, the service was extremely rude, and the cleanliness standards were concerning. I hope management addresses this issue.

order hot cakes and breakfast wrap waited 20 mins after waiting 10 mins I was the only order. Fast food isn’t fast anymore. Almost all the tables were dirty and there was no napkins
