I'm shocked, this is the worst McDonald's I've ever been to.

I had a very unpleasant experience at this McDonald’s around 5:38 PM today. There was only one young female employee working at the front, and I had to wait a long time for my order (an ice cream and fries).
When I finally received my food, I politely asked if I could have an extra spoon. However, before I could even finish my sentence, she cut me off and started talking to the Indian customer behind me, completely ignoring me. Her attitude was cold and dismissive, and she made no effort to engage with me at all.
Additionally, I noticed something very unhygienic—right after handling cash from the previous customer, she immediately touched my fries without changing gloves or washing her hands. This is unacceptable and shows a lack of basic hygiene standards.
I also realized that she was hiding her name tag, so I have no idea what her name is.
Overall, the service was extremely rude, and the cleanliness standards were concerning. I hope management addresses this issue.

Today i visited this location with my family. The store was well cleaned. The staff was very polite specially khushi👍well done job👏

order hot cakes and breakfast wrap waited 20 mins after waiting 10 mins I was the only order. Fast food isn’t fast anymore. Almost all the tables were dirty and there was no napkins

Didn’t take my order correctly ( asked for a small drink for med so cost more ) and day old breakfast wrap stale and not all that great .

I'm writing review while still waiting for my order, I ordered at 10:16 am and it's 10:46 am still haven't received my order , all tge orders after and before are gone , the lady just now came and told she don't have my sandwich made yet, all I ordered was a chicken mcmuffin meal with pop. 30 min still waiting just for one mcmuffin. ? so annoying. Don't know how long I have to wait still. Worst customer service ,worst time management. There were literally no orders , it's just 3 to 4 customers.

Every table is covered in essentially bacteria growth.
Second time I've ordered from here to be told that they have no chicken cooked and would be full wait time. Asked why this happens so often, was told they don't keep food ready to reduce the waste. Alright that fine. I'm not often in a rush but this is strange for a fast food restaurants. During my 15mins waiting I heard them tell everyone it would be a full cook wait time, so that is very strange that they are cook to order. I thought it was because I ordered chicken but I guess it's everything
The tables are what bother me the most tho. I work in a kitchen and first thing we learn in white surfaces turning yellow means it's not being cleaned correctly. I walked around and nearly every table has different levels of growth on them but everyone is turning yellow from improper cleaning for sure. Staff are friendly and they probably don't staff correctly to clean dinning area based on the size but the manager needs to make a change
