Worst McDonald’s in Niagara Falls. Since they opened. Bathroom have been nasty. And they can not even get an order proper in all of the times each of my family and myself have attempted to give it another go just due to it being on the way. Always full of regret.

McDonald's - Esso Gas station on Stanley Ave, Niagara Falls. We've had an issue with every drive thru order. Food not so fresh and hot. (filet fish dry , hard edges and not hot) Items missing from our order. Check your order!! We're never going there again!

It is a rare mcdonalds restaurant to cooperate with the gas station. The customer service is great. Need work on the cleanliness of the washroom area, which is the walls, the area behind the toilets, the hallway..etc. I will recommend setting up a timer for the staff to check the washroom area an hourly. Specifically, this is a tourist area

I would say any food that needed assembly was way sub-par. Chicken nuggets and fries for the kids were fine. This attempt of a sandwich was hilarious. Washrooms there were not clean, nor were the tables in the restaurant. I would recommend takeout, but check your order before heading out.
Parking: It's at a gas station with very little room to get around your car with especially if driving a medium to large size car/van/truck

This is a gripe about the accuracy of orders…
This is the second time in a row that has been taken/given inaccurately. I’m not sure where the disconnect is. I see the order come up at the order screen accurately but when I get my order, take a bite, and look at the receipt I see and taste something differently. I had apprehensions about going back today because my order was incorrect last time. Unfortunately, today’s order only affirmed that I don’t know how accurate my food will be. Frustrating.
