Food overall is likely amazing. Unfortunately I ordered the Nashville chicken sandwich and it’s 100% not a Nashville sandwich in any way shape or form. 2 chicken strips placed in a bun, the chicken was not even red or tossed Nashville style. The Sauce was a dill base. Sweet and tangy, with jalapeños. If they said it was a sweet and spicy dill Asian chicken sandwich then it would be quite good under that description. I recommend the owners stop by Burnin Bird to find out what a good Nashville sandwich is. Poutine is good, nice gravy. Milkshakes classic and good without being too sweet. I’ll definitely be getting the other sandwiches next time which look fantastic.

The Mac and cheese was basically a soup, super gross and the pasta was cold.
The food was so bland and cold
The tables were so sticky and gross
How do they manage to mess up food, I’ve been to the meltwich in Kensington and it’s always delicious but this place was the exception, super gross and sad food
Was looking forward to get a beer but they didn’t have any alcohol, even tho they advertised it everywhere in the store

Seems as if the woman on the front doesn’t know how to speak to people and absolutely dreads coming into work. I don’t know how people consider this customer service to be 5 stars, I would give 0 stars if google actually let me rate it 0.

Very disappointed!!!
Our order was 40 minutes late, when it arrived cold, the one dish we wanted most (dill pickle fries) was not received. There was just a note saying Sorry, we don't have any. No phone call to discuss, no substitution provided, no credit for not sending it. Both salads did not have any dressing with them as described in the menu item.

Vegan order - 2 Nashville chicken burgers, a crispy chicken sandwich and a poutine. All was good until I pulled a 10inch hair out of my mouth. Staff should being wearing hairnets at least. Also staff isn't the friendliest they rather talk with each other in the back. Did get a refund for 1 burger.

Decided to try this place out today. While the person was working preparing our food (no gloves) she answered her phone on FaceTime. 1 hand her phone, other hand preparing our food. At one point she put the phone down, did not wash her hands and continued making the food. When she came to give us the food I advised her that's really not something that she should be doing while preparing food. She advised me that it's OK because it was the owner. This is even more disturbing as THE OWNER would have noticed she was in the kitchen preparing food with it being on FaceTime but apparently had no issue with that at all. This is both disgusting and disrespectful to your clients. Shame on both the owner and the employee and honestly surprising behavior given their kitchen is fully visible from half of the restaurant

this used to be my favourite poutine place in calgary and i’d go here all the time!! it was fairly affordable, filling, and most of all, the poutine was amazing. however, over the course of this year, they have single handedly destroyed this opinion i had by changing the prices, serving portions, and the recipe, rendering it a waste of money and quite displeasing to continue ordering my poutine from here. i wish companies would leave things the way they were because there was no issue in the first place 😔.

Me and my partner went to try something new, he got the new poutine and I got the regular one. The cheese curds where oddly cold and the gravy was not it. I also got a large milkshake, it's pretty small for a large and the salted caramel was super sweet till the end where it was super salty.
