Is the third time we give a chance to Montanas Niagara Falls, and third time they fail us so bad, we had an amazing experience in Newmarket location once, so first time we came here and saw they were very close to our hotel, we decided to give it a chance, was a high season, we wait sooo long on the door, than they seat us the chairs was so durst, all tables around were durst, I could not imagine how was the kitchen, took about 25 minutos to someone come to get our order, than food came wrong, the kids slept and couldn’t eat, completely disaster, after a couple of months we said maybe they just had a bad day, let’s try again, and again horrible! Yesterday we said you know what is low season, the restaurant is empty, let’s give them a last chance, we were seven people, everything took so long, we could see that waiter was trying his best, but looks like the entire process is not working on this location, I am a Manager, and also had my own restaurant in the past, so I really try to be very understandable, on situations like that, but I feel that I need to give this feedback, since I am sure we are not going back that anymore, we spent almost four hundred on our visit, and left feeling that could had a much better experience somewhere else, you should have someone in the door, your chairs need to be also clean before next customer, you need a cup on the right size for a dose of tequila, and the waiter said they didn’t have LEMON or SALT, the cup was half, because he allege the cup is too big, when you seat someone on the table waiter should come to get at least the drinks, not after 20 minutes on an empty restaurant, ( I am pretty sure that guy was taking care of everything by himself), Oh and when he came to pick up the order first thing was WE DONT HAVE RIBS!!! We went to the restaurant for the RIBS, completely disaster

Went for dinner told there was no lobster or bake potato only mash potato which was cold also my husband ordered ribs they were over cooked and dry my steak was raw the server spent most of her time in the kitchen waited 25 minutes before I was able to send it back. Only 1 server working no bar tender. Witnessed many people coming in waiting to be seated but only 1 person in front of house was no where to be found they left. saw a party of 23 decide to go across the street to another restaurant cause they could not be seated cause the sever was no where to be found. Also
several tables had not been cleared the entire time we were there. Very disappointed and we have eaten there before almost 10 years ago the service was better than but now has gone down hill will not be going back.

I loved this place, their food is delicious, but while I was waiting for my food I saw two mice walk around my feet! It was horrible, I had to run away from there, I hope they do something urgently, I think they have a plague there

I have never been as disappointed I I was Nov 30th 2024. We waited 45min for food and it was not busy at all.My burrito bowl was cold and the chicken was like rubber. My brother in law had the beek brisket and he could not chew it. They told us after they dropped our food on the table that they had run out of Ketchup. The benches are falling apart and I went to use the washroom and walked out. It was disgusting. The men's was just as bad. I will never go back and will definitely be writing head office. Never again!

Our visit there was awful, the service was terrible. The food was worse. Ordered steak well done, it was raw. Sent it back eventually, everyone was done eating by the time it came back. Lots of fat on it, not worth the money. They were not busy at the time of our visit.

We came to this restaurant last night about 6:30 pm. It took a while to get seated. We waited for another 15 minutes before the server took our drink and appetizer order. We waited another fifteen minutes the Server was taking more orders from other tables before bringing our drinks. After being in the restaurant without a drink we told the server we were leaving. She didn’t even ask us why I think she realized her service was so bad. She was the only Server. While we realized she was busy at the very least she could have brought us a drink before taking other orders when we were obviously there before these customers. We will never return. We came into the establishment last night at 8:30pm. There were only 3 seated tables and the rest of the restaurant was empty. Hostess walked us in and threw the menus on the table and never said a word. We didn't even notice she put them down and continued following her until we noticed she walked into the kitchen.

Then we waited for atleast 15 minutes. Not one server came by and asked us what we'd like to drink. After 20 minutes we walked out. The place was dead, there is no excuse for extremely poor customer service. We will never be back and as a local Niagara resident we will be sure we tell our friends and family.

Food was okay, but our waiter never checked on us after serving. I wanted to order more, but he didn’t come by at all. we are really frustratedwaiting 30 minutes for our check with no sign of him was disappointing. Even after asking other staff for the bill, we were ignored for 10 minutes. I ended up going to the server station to pay. I still left a decent tip, but if I could give zero stars for customer service, I would.

Very disappointed ordered through skip the dishes. They confirm the order and then canceled it when the driver showed up to pick up the order. If you can't deliver don't accept orders.

Went in last Thursday our server was excellent the food was okay , the spinach dip was good and the wings but the chicken fajitas were 🥴😵‍💫 frozen chicken breast and rubberish ! The drinks were good . The place was dead I felt bad for the waitress ! Also the bathrooms were 2.5/5

We came here today for a family lunch. There were 10 of us unannounced and they happily let us dine in. The food was amazing but even more so was our server Jaden. He was friendly, knowledgeable and speedy getting our orders in. He helped make this an excellent vacation! Thank you Montanas. 😊

Wait staff was awesome so I didn’t want to complain them but the food was awful. While we were there, the table next to us up and walked out.

Jaden went out of his way to make sure we were taken care of. The restraunt was busy and we were overlooked for a bit . The management made up for it and we were satisfied.
