I have personally gone there quite a few times as of late, and my experience is always positive. They’re very clean. Their food is fresh every time and the girls are very nice. I would recommend this Mr. sub to anyone I have been to other subway places and I do not that they are even close to the quality of this Mr. subs highly highly recommended

I honestly haven’t had Mr. sub in probably over 10 years just because I live on the other side of town, but I decided to get it today and it was delicious. The buns were so fresh And the whole sub was very tasty. definitely open up more locations in Niagara Falls

We got 2 12 inch subs and when we went to go eat there was hair on our food we told her to remake it and there was hair on it again and there were flys all over the food

5 stars for the young lady that worked on June 10, 2025 on her own with a plethora of orders. Although it was a long wait...she managed to complete her orders...and smiled the whole time. As I was leaving she had a list of orders to complete. Keep smiling..

This was a really really bad experience! Definitely not coming to this location back again! We placed a pickup order through Uber Eats, after which we waited for around 10-15 mins, There were 2 customers who arrived after us but they fulfilled their orders first. We requested them to check our order as the bill already popped up when we placed the order but they did not look at it, and when asked they replied very rudely saying sit down! we will do it in sometime. This is not the way how we expect to be treated at such a popular franchise. DEFINITELY NOT COMING BACK AGAINN!

Place us dirty, needs a good revamp to say the least (server) kept forgetting how I wanted my sub (4times I told her), and she screwed it up anyway
Even the napkins were bad (not Mr.Sub) issue nit that Mr Subs are that good but what they give you just rip as soon as you try to use them
Anyway, everything sucked
Loved Mr. Sub....the sandwiches r great...the service was quick..
Always go there for chicken salads, girls treat very well (Sarb and pavel ) .great experience, fully recommend
