Have been visiting Napoli for about 15 years. Never dissappointed! Anthony and his team continue to provide excellent food and solid service in a lovely environment. Lots of restaurants come and go, but Napoli has been around since 1962. A testimony to its excelent food and treatment of customers. We will be back!

Best Italian food in Niagara falls! We've been several times and are never disappointed. All homemade pastas that melt in your mouth.

An upper scale place with very reasonable prices. Four people. Three great pizzas. Rice balls and calamari. Beers. Under $175. Nice environment. Served by Jorge. Professional. Owner checked in on us to see how we are doing. Very close to Falls View. Great service. Great food. Great prices. Bravo!

After Shaw, we enjoyed evening meal at Napoli. The facoccia was pillowy and crisp. I had the special, mussels in tomato sauce, delicious. The desserts we had were outstanding, tisamisu & the cannoli. Definitely will return, service was kind, friendly and attentive

Niagara is tourist town so most of the places we have tried are just ok. I recommend this place as it was the only one with really good food and wine. The service was excellent. Prices are kind of high.

We had such a great experience at Napoli! Our server, Janet, was amazing super friendly, attentive, and made us feel really welcome. Both of us ordered pasta and pizza, and everything tasted fresh, authentic, and full of flavor. I had the bolognese and my partner had the funghi, as for the pizza we had the Bianca. The pasta was perfectly cooked, and the pizza had that perfect crispy-soft balance that’s hard to find. The atmosphere was cozy and inviting, and you could tell the staff really care about what they do.
Overall, we left full and happy definitely one of the best meals we’ve had in Niagara Falls.

Would highly recommend coming here for an authentic Italian meal! Our server Nikola was great, he was kind and attentive. He explained the specials to us thoroughly, all of which we ended up ordering. Food was delicious.

Beautiful restaurant with good food.
I’m giving 3 stars bc we gave our orders then the waiter asked if we would like some bread. I said yes because I thought it was something they bring to the table complimentary as in most Italian restaurants.
On the bill I was charged for the bread as an appetizer. I didn’t dispute it not wanting to look petty but this left a disappointing feeling of bad taste in my opinion.
Before that happened I was thinking I will bring friends back here but probably not.

There are really no complaints with this restaurant. I would see this place as a fine dining experience. Given, atmosphere, service, menu and food quality. On a critical side the menu choices were limited, food servings were minimal and pricing was rather high.

Our experience at Napoli was perfect. We were on vacation and wanted to celebrate our anniversary away from tourist traps. After cross referencing websites, we decided on Napoli. The entire staff worked with an attention to detail that was impressive, and we felt well taken care of immediately. Service was attentive, but not pushy. At our waiter’s suggestion, we both ordered the osso buco, and practically melted into the seats when we tasted it. Everything is very clean, and the single-use bathrooms are immaculate and comfortable. This restaurant will be my new go-to in Niagara Falls.
