Oh my dayssssss this is probably the best restaurant on Clifton hill. What made this experience a 10/10 was our server sanae. She was so bubbly and nice!!! I honestly don’t believe I could’ve gotten a better server. She made the environment so welcoming and comfortable.

Niagara Lager beer is very smooth and goes down the throat well. Beer can be purchased to go.

Such a great place to hang out and chill! They have an interesting variety of drinks and food. The servers and staff are very polite and friendly. The live music is lovely! The place has a very fun, chilled out video- pun intended ? We absolutely loveddd the pretzels.

Potential to be awesome but ownership ruined it. We came here three days in a row during our recent trip to Niagara Falls over the solar eclipse weekend. Our third day, we arrived half hour before opening to secure a great table on the balcony to watch the eclipse. We ate and drank from 11am to 2:45 to ensure we "earned" our spot. Ownership arrived with a group of 10+ people to watch the eclipse from the balcony as well, and instructed the servers to kick us and the table next to us out at 2:50 referencing a 90 minute limit that wasn't posted when we arrived. The table next to us had five people from England who came to watch the eclipse. I would understand the table limit if posted when we arrived, or even if the enforced at 12:30 when we hit the 90 minute limit. What is NOT OK is kicking multiple tables out 1/2 hour before the eclipse when its too late for people to find good alternatives so owners could take the great balcony seats. Over $300 spent that day including a sweatshirt I want to burn, and over $600 across three days that I wish I had spent elsewhere on this trip. The servers here are great, but I want to invest in businesses that don't have selfish shady owners.

Very weak beer selection - just a light lager, amber, english style IPA and a radler. That said, Niagara Falls seems like a real beer desert - no microbreweries on the NY side and only Niagara on the ONT side, so I was pleased to have Niagara to at least have one option for craft beer. Had singles and 4-packs to go, which was great.

Take your cash and then make you leave so the owners family can take over the area before you get to eat your food

Good beer, but a bit scammy. The deposits on the growler are $12, but the return payment on a growler is $10.They will sell you right away, but they will make you wait 15 minutes to return a growler.

The ambience was great in the open brewery. Service was ok. Unfortunately the food and beer are not worth the money (the patty of the burger was burnt). Unfortunately, not such a great experience.

Overpriced. We came here for their beer but it was water-downed or it was an old keg. Would not come again.

Had a great time listening to live music until we tried to mingle with other fun loving partrons, instantly cut off for disturbing another guest although the fellow customers loved our presence and were happy to talk with us , The blonde waitress with a buzzcut at the door was a total jerk and wrote us off for no reason at all. Never going back and we were more than willing to do her "job " and help customers get seated with us quickly instead of looking around like a lost angry puppy, you don't win repeats this way. Grow some respect !

It was really great until it wasn’t , the chick with the blonde buzz cut needs to slow her role and remember she doesn’t pay the bills and try to actually be nice to people ? And figure it out you don’t even know what is up or down so at least be kind when you’re incompetent . Stay at the door where you belong .
