Niagara Distillery offers a pleasant dining experience with an excellent view from its front balcony, providing a great spot for people-watching. Their signature drink, made with rhubarb bitters, lemonade, and vodka, is refreshing. The meatball sandwich and maple bacon burger are delicious, although the portions are large, so consider sharing. While prices are on the higher side, the quality of food, drinks, and service makes it worthwhile. The venue is stylish, and the staff, particularly Grace, provide amazing customer service. Don't miss out on their brisket!
