Niagara Distillery offers a pleasant dining experience with an excellent view from its front balcony, making it a great spot for people-watching. Their signature drink, made with rhubarb bitters, lemonade, and vodka, is refreshing. The BILLY BONES CLASSIC burger is excellent, and the meatball sandwich and maple bacon burger are also delicious. Portions are large, so sharing is recommended. The brisket was amazing and the great poutine with fries covered in gravy and cheese curds is a must-try. The corn bread is ridiculously tasty. The staff provides amazing customer service and the bartenders make the best damn drinks. Guests can enjoy a really excellent vibe and a great restaurant overall.
