We tried a burger and poutine today and both were exceptional! Hot juicy burger, and they do not skimp on anything- SO much cheese and gravy on the poutine. My 7-year old said "this is the best poutine in the world!"Customer service was excellent and genuine. I forgot that they were cash only and when I came back with money they were so nice about letting me add to my order even though they had already started it. As we left, they had everything we could need all in the bag ready to go. I cant wait to come back

They were slammed when we came in. They'd nearly gone through their 2nd big bag of potatoes in the few hours they had been open. The phone didn't stop ringing. Despite the unexpected rush, their spirits were high, and they maintained a friendly and inviting demeanor.They are cash only but accept etransfers.It may have been because I was feeling extra hungry, but when I took that 1st bite of the burger, I couldn't believe how good it tasted. The bun was so soft, the lettuce was crunchy, and the meat was juicy.I had regular fries, but my wife upgraded to the poutine. I think it would be better classified as cheese curds with some fries and gravy.Niko's Place has definitely become our go-to burger spot for when we're in Niagra Falls.
