We tried Northwood Pizza at Great Wolf Lodge on a recent stay, we were going to adventure out into Niagara Falls for pizza but for convenience we decided to stay in. Service was quick, we ordered a meat lovers, it took about 20mins. Prices seemed reasonable considering being located in a water park. The toppings were ok, nothing spectacular, the cheese was a good amount as was the sauce. The crust was dry, crispy and reminiscent of a long forgotten box pizza from the back of a freezer. Overall, it was decent and hit the spot. I wouldn’t recommend going out of your way to get a pizza from here, but if in a pinch at the park, it will do.

The crust is perfectly crisp, the cheese is gooey and flavorful, and the toppings are always fresh—whether you go for a classic pepperoni or something more adventurous. Customers rave about their Forest Friends Cheese Pie, a must-try for any pizza lover!

Beyond the food, the service is fantastic—friendly staff who make sure you get exactly what you’re craving. The restaurant is clean and inviting, making it a great spot for a casual meal with family or friends.

It's a great place to get pizza if you're staying at Great Wolf Lodge. There are many options, including pizza, slices, salads, sandwiches and more.

The resort seems cozy when we first walked in, but the place is much smaller than what the ads seems. We were able to check in at 1pm and enjoy the water park. However, once we found out where our room is, we were quite disappointed. We were given a room located at the furthest end of the hall, right beside the garbage dump. On our way to the reception to see if they can change a room for us, we noticed that’s lot of the rooms are being cleaned. When we reached the front desk, we voiced our concern. The front desk lady went to her supervisor (I believe he is as he was wearing different uniform), to ask for help, they talked quietly and the lady then came back to tell me everything is booked and no rooms are available. She told me if I want to change a room, I can check back with the next day to see if anything is available. I knew they were just trying to brush me away by not offering anything (we can tell that rooms are still available , as it wasn’t that late in the day, and rooms are still being cleaned ). This experience made me feel that this place doesn’t consider their guests.

If you’re picky or value your comfort and price paid, stop and read: Pros: 1. Very friendly staff. They take the lead over WDW! 2. Check in was easy. The constant wearing of the wrist bands, I initially got annoyed. BUT what a great convenience for purchasing and room entry! “Hospital band” me everywhere I go! Loved this convenience! 3. They do not offer daily room clean, HOWEVER text them simple requests of towel exchange or trash removal - and it will get done! I saw cleaning crew dusting the window sills and objects. It was noticed - Thank You! 4. No outside people permitted. Lines can be long but, roughly a 20 min wait. Not terrible. 5. Bartenders were punctual and eager to serve. 6. Life guards were constantly moving and paying attention. The slide staff also were paying attention. Great! 7. Good eating convenience on property. 8. Parking was easy and like parking in your own driveway. It’s close to the entrance. 7. Pool and slide areas were clean. No worries. Cons: 1. Noisy! The lodge shouldn’t be knocked for this, it’s really the parents. Control your kids! There’s no need to run and push past adults! No need to run up and down the halls at 10 PM at night. 2. Fruit flies in the room. Perhaps if you emptied trash everyday this wouldn’t be the case. Nasty! -2 stars. 3. Food was blah. Servers were great but food wasn’t great at all. Great options to chose from! But in terms of quality - 1 star. Overall, give it a go for 2 nights if this is your first time. See the falls too and it will make up for some other negatives. Again, professional and nice staff!

This hotel was great, but the waterpark left a lot to be desired compared to others I’ve been to. They don’t have enough tubes for the slides so you’re constantly waiting in line… We had someone basically assault us to try to get our tube when we came off the slide. Also, the way it’s set up a lot of the waterslides empty out into the same pool, so it takes a very long time for lines to move.

The lodge is a great place to stay however I would not recommend the cabins. I have gone to great wolf lodge for 12yrs with my family and it always has been a blast. However this yr we decided to stay at cabin and it was one worst experiences ever. Not to mention they got rid of the spa which I was looking forward to now that my daughter has become of age where she would enjoy it with her mom. The service wasn't as good as normal either. Everytime in past I have gone they checked me and family in immediately. This time we had to wait 3 and half hours in the parking lot. Due to my sons autism we couldn't just go into the change rooms. Also when you rent out cabins you get the expirence of hearing leaf blowers going off early in the morning so if u have kids sleeping be prepared for them to wake up to this in the cabin area. It is also a far walk to any amenities when at cabins. If I ever go again i would highly recommend not renting a cabin. And be prepared to be ripped off any way u can.
