This is like one of the worst osmows place I have been to. I usually love osmows but this place the customer service felt rude and the served us old rice and old fries in my half n half box. They don’t even make it properly and that is coming from a guy who loves osmows.

One of the worst beef shawarmas I have ever had. The beef is too dry and tough The chicken shawarma was not much better, it did not taste fresh, maybe slightly off. Do not recommend this place at all.

I’ve tried Osmow’s at many different locations, but this was by far the worst experience. The portion size was extremely small compared to the price, which made it very disappointing. The food did not meet the quality or value I usually expect from Osmow’s. Definitely not worth it at this location.
I love how all these workers are so humble and nonchalant they are excellent servers , not to mention how clean they keep the building. Their food is sublime and I crave it everyday. Did I mention how nonchalant and humble the workers are?

I asked for mild sauce, but still was way too spicey. The shawarma was good but I couldn’t finish half of it.
Very rude behaviour by the girl who made my order at 11:50pm. I just told her that no tahini please, she replied “don’t tell me let me just look at the order” people should take a day off if stressed this much…

Very disappointed with my visit to Osmow’s Clifton Hill. The service was slow and unfriendly, and when I ordered a falafel wrap they didn’t include hummus which is offered for free at every other Osmow’s location I’ve been to. When I asked, they said it’s extra here or you have to order online and then it's free. Feels like they’re cutting corners in a tourist area, and it left a bad impression. I won’t be coming back to this location.
