Do NOT EAT HERE!Picture this, you drove 6hrs to Niagara falls Canada, after seeing all the mouth watering restaurants one would have had an enjoyable meals from, you stupidly decided to patronize Osmow's because a friend that lives in another Canadian city recommended it.These were what I Ordered from OSMOWS- Beyond steak shawarma wrap( very greasy. One would have thought that it was served with a pint of extra virgin olive oil) I strongly do not recommend this to any human.- Falafel Oz Box (TERRIBLE! Only 3 falafel was included, food is cold, salad has a creamy Italian instead of oil and vinegar, very small portion for the price, falafel are undercooked and lacked seasoning)- no utensils provided even though I asked.I called to sort out the issue but they hung up in the middle of the conversation and never picked up the phone even after I called twice. I am not the type that waste food but today I had to trash $52 worth of Osmow's Niagara falls "food"(if it actually qualifies as one).That $52.00 I paid for this horrible experience would have been better being thrown down the actual Niagara falls.Save yourself from this type of head and heart ache and just go somewhere else for your food. They don't deserve and stars bottomline.

- Beyond steak shawarma wrap, mushy texture, flavor was just bad, and it was small for the price - Falafel Oz Box (TERRIBLE) - Food was cold, only 3 falafel, salad has a creamy Italian instead of oil and vinegar, very small portion for the price, and the falafel are undercooked. No spice at a - no utensils provided even though I asked - no spice I'm falafel and I said hot I'm the type of person that will still eat the food as long as it's OK. But this was so bad I couldn't finish it and I feel nauseous. Currently sipping ginger Ale trying to calm my stomach as I write this review.
