This place does not even deserve 1 star. I was looking for 0 star. I had absolutely terrible experience this past Saturday. My family along with other 2 of my sister families went to Niagara on the lake and we called them to get our afternoon lunch. We ordered 17 chicken shawarma, 5 French fries and 2 garlic potatoes. I paid $243.80 for the food to be precise. I requested all shawarma to be extra toasted. I went after 40 minutes to get it as per their request and I trusted the lady working there. Took food back and as soon we started opening shawarma they were cold as if they came out of fridge as opposed to toaster. Half of it was empty and other half was only filled with salad with absolutely less to none chicken in them. We had 6 adults and 11 children and they all were upset with the food. I did call the lady working there right away and gave this terrible feedback. She did ask me how she can make it up to me but I told her i dont know as it is too late. The reason I went back to them this time was due to the fact we went there 2 years ago and the gentelmen served us and it was awesome so that's the reason I decided to go this time without checking any latest reviews. If you need honest advise then DO NOT GO there and waste your hardly earned money.

Shawarma is supposed to be juicy, tender, and fresh; this was quite the opposite. In fact, dry, rough, and with no flavor. Also, it is considered street food, which means the price should be more affordable than dinner food; in this case, he overcharged me to the max and is very cheap, putting little meat in the wrap and charging extra for sauces. It's like eating a cold, not fresh pita bread with rough pieces of meat. Not a true quality Syrian shawarma; very disappointed in this place. wouldn't recommend

Over priced, shawarma was very dry. Barely had any meet inside. I asked for little bit sauce for the dryness of the shawarma and they charge me $1 for extra sauce. A slice of kunafe was $11. And there is no price tag infront of any thing. Also charged $10 on sitting fees. Which I have never seen in my life. I wish the wrap was little filled with salad and meat. Total waste of money. Be careful before ordering.

I was pretty disappointed with my visit to Palms Shawarma & Mediterranean Cafe. I ordered the chicken and beef shawarma and both were burnt, dry, and not tender at all. The food was also way too expensive for the quality. The place itself was clean, but honestly the food just wasn’t good and definitely not worth the price.

Terrible food and terrible experience here ! Owner is a scammer! No fresh or homemade food here; he takes Costco chicken, heats it up in the microwave, and hands it to you on two small plates and calls it a "family platter." he didn't even cut from the shawarma, nor was the shawarma maker even turned on, and we got charged $160 plus $5 for water, plus he included his own illegal 10% taxes and gave us the worst evening. When we complained about the food and his extremely high price for no food, he called the police on us ! and ruined our night! The owner cannot apologize for the terrible food he served; he cannot take criticism. It seems this isn't the first time he called the police on his customers for complaints. What he served us wasn't even palatable; it was dry and clearly weeks-old chicken! disgusting, HE DOES not cook anything here; everything comes from the can like the hummus, babaganoush, everything! He also has no servers or workers it is him alone because he has no customers so he tries to suck the money out of anyone that walks in his door There is no hospitality here at all. I am ashamed to even call this a syrian restaurant because Syrians don't treat other Syrians like this and scam us of $160 for disgusting bird food. Shame on him, karma will come to those who steal people's money! and on top of scamming us of so much money called the police on us for complaining.

The most bad experience we had at niagara falls , we paid a lot of money for a little quantity of food , what he proposed to as was not what we've been served , and the food was not good

Great Syrian/Mediterranean food, great service. The owner was very polite and an amazing host. He prepares all dishes on spot, fresh and yummy. We had the chicken shawarma platter and falafel platter, they were the best - taste, plating, portion. We were truly pampered for our anniversary. Highly recommended.

Palms Shawarma is an absolute gem in Niagara Falls! The food is always fresh, flavorful, and made with care. The shawarma is perfectly seasoned, the portions are generous, and everything tastes homemade in the best way.

The service is fast and friendly, and the restaurant is always clean and welcoming. Whether you’re grabbing takeout or dining in, it’s a consistently great experience.

If you’re in the area and craving delicious, authentic Middle Eastern food — this is the spot. Highly recommend!
