The best thing about Perkins is the staff, we had to eat there twice, For everything that was not 5star at Perkins, Satvir was awesome at breakfast and Lyn at lunch!, they was cheerful, friendly, my kids immediately knew Lyn name! I would recommend Perkins for a good meal only snag was the washroom, it could be better maintained!
Great job JORDYN with a Y 🩷
Jodi was awesome sauce!!
We miss the Perkins in St. Catharines since it closed last year. My wife misses the Short Stack and I like the potato pancakes once in a while so we drove into the heart of Niagara Falls for an overdue Perkins experience. The pancakes were the same as we remembered from the past so that was OK. The restaurant itself is very dated and hasn't seen any rejuvenation in decades, which is consistent with the old St. Catharines place. Parking is a PITA and cost $15, and the menu prices are high. For my wife and I to each have a plate of pancakes and coffee ... $82 bucks, which included $15 for parking and a 15% tip. It would have been even more if I hadn't told them to take off the tourist tax.
Jodi was fantastic
I loved it. The waiter was great the food was great there is nothing to complain about.
Great customer service
Mandi and Satvir provided excellent customer service. They were so friendly and courteous, we enjoyed our breakfast. Thanks so much!
Our server Jodi was very attentive to our family of 10 including two young ones. We reserved our table and time and everything was ready for us. Food arrived promptly and was as you expect for a breakfast. We had a very good experience.
Nothing special. The restaurant is quite outdated and kind of dirty. The booth seats were dirty, the dishes were old and stained. The food was mediocre and not worth the price. Our server was fantastic.

The place it's self is very outdated.
They made mistakes on our order and kept placing the blame on someone else.
Their bacon was really salty.
You can't access the Skywalk unless you are from the Skyline Hotel. (We stayed at the sheraton and going to the Perkins for breakfast). We had to walk outside and in the parking garage.

Stayed at the Skyline hotel and waterpark and bought the meal vouchers from hotel for Perkins. Our waitress, Roberta was excellent. She was great with our grandkids and really was so nice and friendly. Definitely would eat there again. We don’t have Perkins in the states.
