Food was served cold for several people, average service although friendly, was more expensive than other Perkins I've been too. Tip was added because we were a group but I think it was 25%. So I think the "tourist tax" was added anyway even though we asked it removed.

Roberta was our server for our first morning in Niagra - we loved her so much that we decided to have our 27person birthday dinner party at Perkins later tonight! It is great! Great choice of breakfasts and something for everyone including my fussy kids. Gluten free options! Thanks Roberta you made a huge difference for us!

We came for breakfast and our server Roberta was soooo helpful and amazing. Not only did she serve us breakfast with a smile and a great attitude but also helped us with arranging for a large group of 27 people for dinner the same night. Including making sure that the entire pie of our choice was reserved for our dinner. Roberta is awesome.

We had a very long travel day and were cold and hungry. We stumbled into the restaurant about ten minutes before closing and they were very gracious and seated us immediately. Our server Vanshika was lovely and patient while my son made multiple changes to his order. The food was hot and hit the spot!Parking: Had difficulty navigating the parking area since the outside lot was for casino employees and it took a few turns to find the garage. Then it was a cold walk over to the restaurant

Horrible experience! Waited two hours to get my food; daughter’s salmon was cold. The Mac and cheese was made like kraft dinner. Also mashed potato’s tasted like they came from a box!! Never coming again!!!!!!!

Food completely overpriced, staff members were friendly. Stay away from kids menu, rainbow pancakes are nothing special whipped cream with sprinkles, generous on coffee. Drive 5 minutes out of core for better food watch for additional taxes added on.

The food was great .it was quick and served hot, michelle did a stellar job.
We went to Perkins to use our coupon for the free lunch for the kids. The kids Mac and cheese was basically Kraft dinner. The mashed potatoes that came with it tasted like old instant powder mix. The corn that came with my other child’s meal tasted old, no wonder he didn’t finish it. The adult meals were okay. The waffles, eggs and sausage links tasted regular. The only saving grace was the humongous sausage on my husband’s meal. That was delicious. Our friend’s order was bland. It was the skillet platter. It was a disappointing bundle for our waterpark experience.
