Took alittle while for my order - opening week so I understand. Pizza was great.

Sauce cheese and pepperoni were good but the crust is to airy. There's just no substance to the crust. Again Pizza Joe is wrong about this being the best pizza in Niagara Falls. This guy says he loves pizza but I haven't had a awesome pizza from any of his recommendations. Pete's is ok but nothing great

Pizza was terrible. There is no doubt in my mind this was a frozen pizza that they served. It tasted just like delisso frozen pizza. They went very light on the toppings definitely not like how petes used to be. The bacon tasted like maple bacon which does not belong on pizza. Very little sauce and even the way they cut the pizza was terrible. Slices were not portioned properly, some slices were normal and then tiny little sliver slices. 38 dollars for a 12 slice (which was more like a 8 slice due to the tiny slices) with only 3 toppings for a frozen delissio pizza is a complete rip off.

Have not been here since they went under New Management. (I believe it’s now Mike?)
I used to somewhat enjoy this place however after recently visiting I don’t think I’ll be going back again.
Firstly the Customer Service was totally unacceptable, the man I spoke to at the front had a very rude and uninterested tone while placing an order. Then my family and I waited over half an hour to be met with the Most Disappointing pizza I’m yet to have.
I tried to excuse the poor experience for it being late at night but I wouldn’t call this service acceptable. The pizza came Soggy AND stingy on the toppings which seemed to be old/ not fresh.
Not to mention the establishment seemed empty and dirty.
Would not recommend or go back.

EDIT: After going through some of the replies from this shop on negative reviews tells me all I need to know. they don’t own up to any of their mistakes!

I ordered garlic bread, and medium pizza with red onion, tomato and crumble beacon everything is so good. totally satisfied, the order was ready quickly and the flavor was delicious and crunchy

I ordered a pizza from Pete’s Pizza again and it was excellent! The toppings were fresh and flavorful – red onion, tomatoes, pepperoni, and extra cheese. The pizza was hot, cheesy, and delicious, just the way I like it. Great experience overall, I’ll definitely keep ordering from here.

Yes i am international student….secondly i didn’t ask for any free delivery ever….thirdly i bought spring rolls and fries…and pizza in night month ago with my husband and my friend…..international student doesn’t mean i want free delivery i have job do not dare to target as international student i just asked for delivery you charged $6.99 just for 30-40 steps then i refused the delivery and set my order for pickup.. thank you same reviews for pizza worst tasteless.

Tbh I used to rate this place a 5 star, when The new management (Mike) took over. But for some unseen reason the pizza is falling short these days.
I ordered a Medium 3 toppings pizza, Pepperoni Mushroom Hot Peppers. Yet as you can see in picture the TOPPINGS ARE LACKING. I PAID $20. Basically 2.50 a slice for hardly any toppings on pizza.
Why is a pizza with only a piece of mushroom or hot peppers worth 20 bux?
Will not be returning as 2 Strikes you're out!
As this is not the 1st time the toppings were sparse!
