Decided on take out Pad Thai last week and realized there is a highly recommended Pho restaurant up the road from us: Delicious and very friendly service. We will be back and already recommended it to some friends 🧡

We ordered Wanton egg noodles soup and it was bland! I complained and they said they forgot to put seasoning on it. Then they replace the soup and they just put salt on it. Waste of my money. I love to eat in PHO restaurants this is my first worst restaurant. All PHO that we went is good. We can’t even eat the soup. We’re not going back to this PHO YING in Lundy’s lane location ever again. Again waste of money.

Great service and delicious pho. We arrived a half hour before closing and were served immediately and had our pho within 10 minutes of arriving. It was delicious and we had enough for lunch the next day at a great price.

This place is exceptional I tried it first in December then late March again. The food was really good, lots of food and very reasonably priced. I will be there again next time I am in Niagara Falls !

If you order from Uber eats, and pay Uber eats why would you get a refund from a different business? If you order from Uber, the restaurant making the food doesn't get paid by you, they get paid later, from Uber, minus all the fee's and a lower price than you paid Uber. Don't blame the restaurant that you did not contract with, you never gave the restaurant your money, the restaurant never gets your credit card information. Why would they be able to refund money they never received. Your battle is with Uber.

Went here really close to the Americana Resort for brunch. Food was amazing and the owner is very friendly and accommodating. All in all, 5-STARS, and most importantly, DONE DEAL 🤝
Not happy with Pho Ying, we ordered last night from Uber Eats who then said they couldn’t deliver to our area and made us cancel order. I then saw that my card was charged so I called restaurant who argued with me saying that they couldn’t refund , you can’t speak to anyone at Uber Eats now just AI chat. Anyways feel very aggrieved to be charged for 2 meals that were never made or delivered !! I know they weren’t made as when I called restaurant , the lady was very rude and couldn’t even tell me what I ordered !! They could have easily rectified it but never offered ANY solutions !!! Never calling back
