Whenever I go to Niagara I have to stop at Phongs for an egg roll. It is a meat filled egg roll and it’s so good!!! Their dishes are flavourful and not too salty. Their prices are fair and portions are filling. Everything is made fresh and always hot. I DO recommend this hidden Jem .

Ordered through Uber Eats where they have a banner saying 'generous portions'. Not true. Ordered barbecue pork and it's hard and taste old. I have to throw it. What a waste of money. Wonton soup is bland.

Kung Pao shrimp was dripping in runny soy sauce 2 out of 5. Shanghai Noodles with Beef were very average 3 out of 5. Orange Chicken was also very average 2 out of 5.

We had this delivered and it’s the best food I’ve had in 25 years! I’m VERY picky with my Chinese food often driving back to Windsor to get what I love but this place has stopped me in my tracks. I ordered chicken fried rice… I love the egg bits and perfectly sized chicken, not greasy or dry, General Tao chicken, which was mild as requested AND the best beef/ broccoli I’ve ever had. The beef tasted like prime rib, perfect texture and very flavourful & the broccoli was tender but not mushy. We will be going back often and you should try it too!

The flavour is there, the right temperature, but man are they stingy! The containers are just full enough, to look like you got something. Any item that has vegetables, well you will get mostly veggies, and little to no meat. A Family of five meal which is almost $100 (in this economy) comes with tiny timbit sized chicken balls and there is only 12 of them in a box!

Amazing food and lovely people, we were visiting from Niagara Falls from California and went there for dinner. After the dinner wanted some water for the car ride and asked the owner to fill the empty disposable water bottle, but the owner was so kind and gave the new water bottle from the fridge and said it is on me! Could be just one water bottle but his gesture and gave it with love meant a lot to me! God bless him!

Fast. Friendly. Fair. Not much of dining area but good enough to sit down and enjoy the meal. Little expensive but the portion was a good size. Rich and saucy. The cook came out to ask how the meal was. Also recommended the hot sauce which was a nicely tasting add-on. My only complaint was that I wished for more noodles and less chicken.
He said we can leave our food, and cleaned for us. Also I asked for beef but he gave me all the meats for same price. Very good customer service 5 stars. Also food was amazing.

Takeout. The shrimp friend rice was acceptable/passable i guess but man this General Tao is terrible. Worse off it came with half vegetables in it almost as much as the chicken which just doesnt taste right or how any other general tao i've had before should taste.
Side note: This is my 3rd day ordering takeout from a place in Niagara and they were all bad this place wasn't worth my $35. Not going back.
