Most importantly, the food was very good.
Our server was very attentive.
The restaurant was very dated and could use a good cleaning and facelift.

It's a diner, the food was tasty but missed my toast :(. Service was good, but staff arguing about shift coverage was a bit distasteful.
You don't get what you order. The last two times that our group went in for breakfast we didn't receive what we ordered. Both times, different waitress, they really didn't care. So we are no longer going to Phil's

it was a good breakfast place, and it was decent food, and decent prices. very busy and the one thing i was quite upset about was that our server said there was no apple juice, but we seen others with apple juice and other servers pouring it out..

The food and the service are amazing and the atmosphere is somewhat a mix depending upon the weather and the day. We have had a few different servers that need to improve on their interactions with the customers and we have one peculiar server that we prefer that knows what we want and we don’t need to have a menu.

We stopped for breakfast and it didn’t not disappoint. Only one server, busy and she never missed a beat! The pancakes are the best I ever had.
