Rachel absolutely nailed the chicken rice bowl. The chicken was juicy, the flavors were on point, and every bite was amazing. Honestly, it was so good I’m still thinking about it.what a vibe .. I just loved it .

This was my first time visiting Pita Pit, and as a vegetarian, I wasn’t sure what to order. I asked the staff member working in the evening for a recommendation and followed her suggestion. When it came to the bread, I said I was fine with whatever she thought was best, and for the vegetables, I mentioned that I enjoy veggies and would like a bit of everything.
Unfortunately, the experience felt uncomfortable. I felt rushed while choosing toppings, as I was repeatedly asked “anything else?” in a way that made me hesitate to ask for what I wanted. When I politely asked for a little more cucumber, I was told it had already been added, which made me feel awkward for asking.
I was respectful, soft-spoken, and tipped upfront, so I was disappointed to feel uncomfortable while ordering. She is very young, and I’m sure she will improve with time, but I hope management encourages staff to be more patient and welcoming, especially with first-time customers. A friendly and gentle approach really makes a difference. Thank you!

Today my family visited Niagara Falls and we stopped in to Pita Pit as we usually do when visiting from Oakville.
Today we had the pleasure of being served by Jess and Melissa.
My son had the chicken chipotle bowl and I had a smoothie.
We were very impressed with the service, the quality of food and the cleanliness of the cooking area and the customer seating area.
As I said to both Melissa and Jess today, this was just another great experience at Pita Pit at this location and they make a difference.
This is approximately the tenth time we have been at this location and have had a similarly great experience.

Jess took care of us so well. While this was the first time in a while we had been to Pita Pit, Jess’ patience in showing us the ropes was extremely helpful. Not to mention the scrumptious dinner we consumed. 11/10. Seriously. Get the onions and mushrooms on the grill with your meat. Unless you’re vegetarian of course. Thanks Pita Pit! And thank you Jess!

Went in shortly after 4:30 Not too busy very nice atmosphere met Melissa. She was an amazing lady. She helped us with all our needs and was very prompt and eager to help. Great customer service recommend going there. Pita was amazing. fresh and tasted fabulous. My new go to place.
