We were served undercooked pizza and the workers told us to bring the pizza back to put it back in their oven. I've worked in the food industry in the past and we were never to bring food back in that has left the kitchen. They told us that Uber and skip being back the pizza back to reheat all the time! Sounds like a health violation to me! I would avoid this location due to how comfortable they all were explaining that this is the norm for them.

Customer service was horrendous, they served an uncooked pizza after I already brought it home, offered to reheat it. I explained to them reheating food that has already left the premises shouldn't be returned to a kitchen or reheated in their ovens because of health violations and potential cross contamination, the worker handling the pizza dough responded with they do it all the time for Skip The Dishes and Uber Eats drivers. I requested a replacement with more pushback then i called customer service for my money back and they told me the store was already cooking it. Would not recommend eating here

Pizza was good and always is. Today I decided to get my son the chicken tenders… I ordered the 5 chicken tenders and was charged $9 for them. Got home and opened the chicken and there was 2 full sized fenders and 3 little tiny chicken pieces that I could describe as little tiny nuggets… very very disappointing especially for the price of them
