When we asked them to replace it, the staff argued and one even lied saying he was the manager. Rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional. Won’t return and do not recommend this location.

HORRIBLE customer service, very disappointed. Any other pizza pizza aside from this branch is good, never been this disappointed ever. Ordered a bottle of water and the seal was broken, I requested for a change and they denied it. Over 1 water bottle they created a huge fuss infront of everyone. Safe to say, not coming here again.

Came here with family and the international Indian student working illegally gave us an old water bottle which smelled like dirty cardboard and tasted horrible and when I asked for another bottle he simply refused and walked away but then instead of coming back and apologising 2 of the workers started arguing with us and yelling at us over a small bottle of water, very disappointed would want to hear back from management soon.
