Terrible if I could give zero I would . The guy who took our order got it wrong , and the cashier got mad at us and was yelling while crumbling up paper , never again
Let’s start from the beginning. The parking lot is quite small, but the interior of the restaurant is comfortably clean and spacious, with a well-designed dining area. Service was prompt and timely, which I appreciated.
However, the reason I’m only giving three stars is due to a serious issue with the staff’s professionalism. During our visit, several staff members were speaking to each other loudly in their native language—so loudly, in fact, that their voices carried clearly into the dining area. I happen to speak the same language and was disappointed to hear them using frequent curse words in their conversations.
This kind of language, especially spoken so openly and at such volume in a professional setting, is completely inappropriate and reflects poorly on the establishment. It made the dining experience uncomfortable and left a negative impression.
I strongly urge the management or ownership to address this behavior and take appropriate disciplinary action. This type of unprofessional conduct should not be tolerated in any customer-facing environment.
