Since it was the last night eating at the Fallsview Niagara location, the variety of foods was so,so. We kind of new they would have limited varieties since it will re open as Overtime Sports Lounge. Hopefully the ambiance will be good but now sure. Probably the other locations is spectacular, where you get more for the money. The price is kind of high for a buffet.

We couldn't even go, we get to the entrance of the casino, come to find out you have to be 19 to even eat at the buffet, that's absolutely ridiculous. We were there celebrating my daughter's 18th birthday, such a disappointment.

The buffet has definitely gone downhill over the past few years. Temperature is not very hot , for the most part food does not appear very fresh and over the years the price of the buffet has jumped significantly (now $55). Definitely not worth it

When I asked for cheese pizza the answer was we can't make one. The chicken fingers had some unrecognizable sauce on it. Why don't you offer source on the side? Simple French fries was not available. The beef was bloody but the cook offered to put it back on the grill. Overall for this amount of money we paid 3 people $200 way over priced not enough selection. Not returning for sure! Now I understand why they close the business. Shouldn't open back if not improving.

Made a reservation and no place did the signs say for reservations to this buffet. Asked and no where did anyone check my name. This is the worst buffet we have ever been at. All the food was not only very old looking but hardly any choices. This was a Saturday night and should have been packed but it was not..and now we know why. The price is $55 per person, horrible, take your money elsewhere!

It's like it was pre COVID. But we felt it was better than many of the restaurants out side of the Casino on the street. That's why we chose to eat at the Buffet and we were not disappointed.

The staff was fantastic, so efficient and friendly. The food was very good, loved all the choices. It's very sad however that it's closing. If it's not busy enough could they not just use half the space? Such a shame to lose it all together. There's nothing else like it in the Falls, as a LOCAL person I really appreciate it.

This is the third time that we visited with the price per meal of $50 plus tax. The food quality was good but the cost is way too high. Despite being in the Casino at least once weekly, we are unlikely to return to eat at The Grand Buffet. This is very sad because over the last 10 years since we retired and moved to Niagara, we have eaten Brunch and Full meals there at least 100 times. Unlike before, the cost of meals is beyond comfortable Yours truly, Lu Cekota Ph. 289-362-0252

We made our reservation as we hadn't been to this venue since before Covid. Unfortunately things don't stay the same. Memories of bowls of shrimp, large salad bowls, etc. Of course we understand that everything has changed and this is because of the pandemic. We did enjoy our meal however, the sticky pudding is our favourite dessert. We had money on our card so didn't have to pay the $55.00 , some people thought was a bit much. This is reasonable considering things today and the price of food.

First time going, used reservation and it was great. Helped with line up issues of delay. Food choices were amazing, more than one can eat in a sitting. Prime rib is the best of the selections. Shrimp and dim sum dishes were good. Service was basic, cutlery had to be checked at table, some were not cleaned well. Server at end didn't pay attention to checking on needs for drinks and then just put the bill on table without asking method for table of 3 or asked if ok to bring bill. We had to do dessert phase by having to ask for service. All other staff, hostess and cashier were great and friendly. Food we had was good and tasty for buffet standards. There were good choices all round and wish we could have sampled more. Will return again before they close Oct 19th 9pm.

Was really looking forward to the date with my husband. When we got there there was no table with view, when one was cleared and cleaned, the waitress set on a very wet table, the napkins where totally wet, I had to go and get my own dry ones. The food was very cold and not appealing. The choices not up to the standard of before covid.

We will never go back. We had an incredible experience before COVID and looked forward to coming again. This time, it was terrible! The only good thing I could confidently say was good was the fried chicken. Everything else was tasteless and blah including the dessert. Our server however, was wonderful and so sweet. For the money you pay. Two people being $130 was definitely not worth it, it sucks.....

Decided to dine here because had tickets to see Rod Stewart. Got seated no issues. Went to first side of buffet and there was very limited options. Then went on to see rest of buffet and again very limited options. Tried the lamb and shrimp amd a few other things and was very limited on taste and food tasted stale. Dessert area again was also limited. Dessert I had was lemon mirange pie. Tasted very gelatin . The only good thing I have to say about grand buffet was there wait staff was great at clearing food. But for $55.00 would've been better to either goto a Mandarin buffet or even for that matter gone to Red Lobster for more flavor. Was a very big let down. Figured years ago this place use to have many options so why no try again. But, was horrible. Diner beware. Goto Brazilian steak house if your at casino.

Worse meal for 55.00 I have ever had. Food looked like it was sitting out for hours. Salads were limp., why are you putting dressing on? Fruit bowls looked old. Cabbage rolls had gelled tomato sauce . I could only eat a piece of roast beef and jello for $55.00.
