Worst branch everYesterday they stole my money I ordered combo she gave me without my drink then when I asked for a drink she changed me 2.15 and my order comes with a drink basically....Never ever gonna order from there anymore

If i could put 0 stars I would. I ordered from popeyes through the app and it just kept processing my order. Then it said it was calculating driver location.... FOR A WHOLE HOUR AND A HALF! I tried to call and see where it was and they said they didnt recieve my order. When popeyes literally charged my card. I checked my email and it said they canceled my order. Meanwhile i was hungry and i didnt have any more money for food because that was the last of it. If i could do a review on popeyes as a company, I would. It took me 20 mins to find out how to contact customer service, and the app wouldnt even let me put the location i ordered from. And on top of that, customer service gets back to you within 24-48hrs. Like what am I supposed to do with that?? Fast forward to the next day (now) and i finally recieve an email saying that my refund will come within the next 5-10 business days. Like what the actual f... they literally ate up my money. Dont use the app if you dont want to have your time and money wasted. If i could i would put 0 stars. Im very disappointed because popeyes used to be one of my favourite fast food restaurants. Now the chicken isnt even spicy anymore like it used to be and the chicken sandwich when you order it spicy all they do is put spicy mayo on it. Before they used to marinade the whole breast. Popeyes is getting lazy.

I stumbled upon Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen for the first time with my family, and let me tell you, it was a treat! I’m from Boston, and the poppies there isn’t halal, and thankfully the one here was! The tenders and wings were on another level of deliciousness, and don't get me started on the fries— it was like flavor explosion which made me just crave for more (we ordered the fries twice lol) The atmosphere felt like being wrapped in a warm hug plus the employees were awesome, especially Navdeep. She was like sunshine on a cloudy day, sweet, welcoming, and super friendly. Hats off to the team for the impressive service and fast food delivery. Popeyes, you've won me over and I definitely will stop by once I visit Canada again.

This place has the absolute worst customer service in Canada.Like I don’t have words to describe their horrible customer services. I felt like I was in Brampton Popeyes tbhRude staff could not speak or understand English messed up my order and would not fix it. My kids ate the tenders and were choking as yash (manager) refused to fix order to give us the drink with our combo. No humanity what so ever. My question is how is Popeyes corporation allowing these types of owners to run these stores. What happened to our old Canada and customer service?

The fried chicken smells bad. After taking home it smells terrible, they need to be check if those chicken are sold spoiled or let rotten then cook deep fry. The place is not clean and back kitchen is same you can see from the counter.

I buy a lot of Popeye's chicken but this location is the absolute worst! Went there on Saturday night for some chicken - although we bought a 10 piece take away they refused us the "boats / plates" They dumped the biscuits into the same box with the chicken rather that package separately and the mashed potato was dry and lumpy - hardly any gravy included. They are not only cutting costs - they are cutting customers~ The girl was rude and hostile. The pieces of chicken given out were tiny....come on guys your locatiuon is a disgrace to the Popeye name!
