One of the worst Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen branches I have ever eaten at. Extremely poor service, cold food, and a long delay getting the order even though there were no other customers besides us. The place was dirty, and I believe the cashier was also the branch manager. She was rude and disgusting in the way she treated customers.

This was on April 24, 2026 at 9:24 PM.

I do not recommend eating here.

The bathrooms were just atrocious, there was no soap and the bathrooms looked like people hadn't cleaned it in days. The service was terrible. The person taking our order was quiet and you couldn't hear a thing she said, she forgot the Mac and cheese and still charged is, she forgot to give us the bento box for the meal combo, and on top of that also gave us 5 tenders instead of 3. I have had Popeyes in the past once and it was bad. This experience was no better and made my opinion even worse about the establishment. I will not be coming back.

The food was alright. The only good thing saving this.
The workers were always hiding in the kitchen, on their phones and chatting to themselves. No care for the costumers inside.
