This was my first time visiting Portage Bakery. You need a few minutes to look around and appreciate everything there is and how hard they worked to make it all. There are so many goodies to choose from. It's no surprise that this place has been in business this long

Portage Bakery: The Kind of Place That Feeds More Than Hunger in the heart of Niagara Falls Ontario

You won’t find a slick website or curated Instagram grid for this place. No PR team, no foodie influencers buzzing in and out for the perfect latte shot. What you will find is the unmistakable smell of fresh bread, cured meats, and something even rarer these days — soul.

The BEST panettone I've ever had. It is second to none.
Go in and try a store made deli sandwich, 2 choices of a bun, 3 choices for meat, and 1 cheese. YUMMY 😋
Lasagna is awesome.
A great selection of meats and cheeses, some prepacked and vacuum sealed.
Huge selection of different types of breads.
I can honestly say I've never had a dessert from here, though, so no comments on the huge selection of desserts.
