Yesterday I visited this location I ordered chicken buffalo wrap, I ordered no onion not buffalo sos instead of buffalo I waned garlic souse, he bring the food i give a bite it was so disgusting, the meat was chicken and it was raw it was literally showing pink I couldn’t feel any garlic sos which i only feel oil , i went up to hik and told him what is this is raw uncooked am not paying for this .I didn’t pay and he was okay with that .it was nasty never eat here agin .

The food here is no longer fresh—they just warm up the potatoes and meat before serving. I used to come 1 year ago, but the quality has clearly declined, and it’s very disappointing. You can even see in the kitchen that the staff simply reheats everything in the microwave, so I wouldn’t recommend wasting your money here. Never ever going back again!

I used to consider this restaurant one of my favorite stops whenever visiting the Falls. The food was consistently fresh, flavorful, and truly memorable — easily a 10/10 experience. Unfortunately, my most recent visit was very disappointing. I observed that the meals are now precooked, frozen, and reheated in the microwave, including items such as the jacket potato. The quality has declined significantly, and the freshness that once set this place apart is no longer there. It’s disheartening to see such a change, and I hope management takes this feedback seriously. Customers value freshly prepared food, and restoring that standard would make a tremendous difference. At present, however, I cannot recommend the restaurant and will not be returning until the quality improves.

I heard about Potato Jackets on a halal food bloggers page and was very excited to try it during our trip to Niagara Falls. My husband went in person to order our dinner on a weeknight. He was told that there was no chicken dishes available that day and no falafel available either. We were left with no choice but to order the beef fajita jacket and a beef poutine. The poutine was very dry, not enough gravy and the beef was tough and tasteless. The beef fajita jacket was also tasteless with the same tough beef and lack of seasoning. The side salad, which you can see in the picture, was not at all appetizing. Overall, it was a bad experience and I will not be returning.

I would just like to know let everybody know that Shama has gone downhill. OK I have gone there and gotten my food from them quite a few times and never have I ever had a plate that was empty. I got a small order. OK it was a bowl and it was very little salad in there and it was very little rice. OK I asked for the lamb and the beef OK and I got the beef OK so whoever was doing the order up on Monday evening 27 October 2025 they didn’t do the order properly. They did not put any turnup in there OK and the plate was half empty. OK with the amount of money that I paid right I expected to get right a decent plate. I’m so unhappy. You guys have always had outstanding food and Monday evening. I was so disappointed when I got home. OK I paid for a small plate and I got nothing in it hardly and the flawless were burnt. Have a great evening.

This place used to be very tasty and kept up! I would recommend adding more seasoning tot he potato jacket to enhance the flavour overall. Got the beef fajita - the potato skin was not edible.

Good food, Good vibes every time, we come here every time we come to Niagara.
The service was very poor. We had to wait over an hour before anyone even took our order. When the food finally arrived, it wasn’t what we ordered, and the taste was disappointing. On top of that, the staff were openly complaining about not having enough food to serve customers, which made the whole experience even worse.
