Visited here during our trip...nice variety of bubble teas and other teas. Service was great, and I especially like how they use a special machine to seal your bubble tea, instead of having hands all over your lid. The taro bubble tea and coconut bubble tea were delicious! I just wish they came in a bigger size!

We arrived 20 minutes before closing and they treated us very well, we ordered the coconut milk tea with Lychee topping, delicious, highly recommended!! (Approximately 9 Canadian dollars ?).
The place feels clean and the service was very good, thank you.

They sell popcorn of various flavors. We did not try this.
We did however, try the tea. The tea was average and is on the lighter side in terms of flavor. The bubbles/boba were terrible. The bubbles were flavorless. I would not recommend coming here unless you are desperate for milk tea. If you do end up coming here, avoid the bubbles at all cost.

The lady that helped us was on the phone at the whole time using her own language. And she couldn't substitute something easy for her customers. The most ridiculous thing was that she forgot to put jelly in one of the bubble teas we ordered, and she asked if she can poke a hole with her long nails and she used the straws to add jelly in then asked us to use the same straws to drink. All the cup was all wet and she didn't even offer any napkins. Shouldn't even given any stars!
Disgusting bubble tea that is watered down with little to no taste. I got a mango milk tea that was suppose to be cold but was room temperature medicine tasting. Very inferior quality!

What's the point of saying you're open until 1am when, at 10:45pm, you've already "turned off the machines." Change your hours or get staff that aren't so lazy.

The tapioca was not cooked thoroughly. The tea had no taste but sweetness.The price for the tea was 9 dollars and something. The indian girl who worked there said that she didn't have any changes. So we had to pay 10 dollars for the tea. But later I saw her grabbed a roll of coins.
