Punjabi Chaap Corner Niagara Falls

I had a very disappointing experience at this Punjabi restaurant Punjabi Chaap Corner. Even though it wasn’t busy, I still had to wait an excessive amount of time for my order, no one seemed to be preparing food, and the service was terrible. As an Uber Eats driver, I often wait here for 30 minutes or more, which is unacceptable. The staff appeared unorganized, seemed to ignore customers, and acted with a lot of ego. The system they have is poorly managed, and the workers are rude and unprofessional. I wouldn’t recommend this place if you’re looking for good service.

The lady at the front was so nice and gave us such good recommendations for takeout as we were having a party later that day. The food was amazing, we got a variety steamed dumplings and masala fries. Also, she gave us a gift for Diwali, will be coming back!!
