Their timing is horrible. The employee took a payment, did not wash his hands. When I requested that they make a new pizza. He told me he did not touch anything so I left telling him they were dirty and disgusting

I had a frustrating experience delivering for Quailas Pizza as an independent driver. Their communication was lacking, often leaving me waiting without clear updates on order status.
On several occasions, I arrived at the restaurant to find the orders weren’t ready, leading to delayed deliveries and unhappy customers. When I tried to reach out for assistance, the staff was unhelpful and dismissive.
Overall, the poor organization and customer service at Quailas Pizza made my job much more difficult than it needed to be. I can’t recommend partnering with them for deliveries.

Waste of money and food. Ordered delivery and took more than an hour. Pizza arrived cold, wings cold, garlic bread cold, no garlic flavour and should have been toasted more. Drinks arrived warm. Very warm. The one item that should have been cold.Paid debut at door, automatically pushed tip of 15%, so glad I changed it. Don't waste your money. Wings and pizza had very little favour. Very disappointing.

Really delicious food. Personally I tried pizza with butter chicken sauce, It was so good in taste. I loved it.
Orded a pizza from here a couple days ago. Went to eat my leftovers and bit into some staples that were baked into my pizza. I called and all the supervisor would do for me was a free small pizza but i had to order other things with it to get it. I told him i wanted the manager to follow up with me and sent pictures of this. I haven't heard anything back about this incident so obviously the manager doesn't want to acknowledge that somebody there really messed up. These people are lucky that it was me that ate this and not my son.
