This was one of my best experiences. Everything was perfect. I only wish I knew of this a long time ago as Mr. and Mrs. are retiring. Congratulations and Happy Retirement!

So sad to see them closing. Best roast beef in town. Yorkshire pudding to die for!

It has a rather unassuming exterior with a lovely and quaint interior. The service is second to none. The food and tea were delicious and fairly priced. The high tea left me stuffed with lots of leftovers. Will be back. The scone, sandwiches and cakes were all stellar. You can also buy their teas. They also have great gluten free options. You need to make reservations a day ahead for high tea. Ta!

Wow wow! What an experiance! These amazing people served us the most filling and delicious high tea. The food was a 10/10 and the prices!Eating here made me feel so at home and comfortable but the true thing to mention is the owners. The most honest to gosh sweet people. It was a pleasure just chatting with them.We are very busy people but you better believe once a month we will return to have this great experiance again ❤

While I did not get a chance to video the event, I saw that there was two friends (one Asian and another Caucasian) wanting to sit. An older, heavy set lady came down. As soon as she saw them, especially the Asian, she shook her hands and head. They asked for a table and she said there was no table available all day. Even though it was almost deserted at that time. The gentleman then asked if there's availability in other days but she continued gesturing to them how is all booked.Really? Although I'm just a witness, I don't like to point out to the fact that:1. She may not have an issue at all but for a person seeing that, it didn't reflect well on the restaurant.2. The most disappointing part is when there was a review on the event, but it was not only immediately dismissed, but the person who wrote it sounded very defensive. A GREAT work environment would've taken it seriously and took its time to investigate and be neutral towards it.It was, awkward for me seeing the scene. But reading the reaction from the "long time" employee hardens my view that:1. The restaurant did have something to hide2. Management does NOT take responsibility in these alleged action proactively.3. Training in sensitivity is most important.I feel that as a reviewer, I cannot be silent on the situation and come forth even though I might be potential repercussions from this, as shown by the reply from the restaurant.

Very awful experience. I walked in with my asian girlfriend and staff ask if we have a reservation. A older women, presumably the owner, came down, saw us and said it‘s fully booked. We ask for other days and she said always fully booked. She was looking at my girlfriend, waving hands, shaking her head and just went upstairs with strange gestures without saying anything. Such a terrible experience and racist behavior (I presume it was because of my asian girlfriend). The staff just looked embarrassed. Terrible service and behavior. Not to mention that the tearoom was empty, the whole town was empty and I don’t think they place is fully booked. I wouldn’t recommend going there.

Had a wonderful experience today! Made a reservation with two friends and we enjoyed the Scottish caramel tea (delicious!), sandwiches (egg salad, chicken, cucumber and cream cheese), and scones with jam and cream! Loved everything and the owners are super kind and sweet. They are happily retiring in April, so if you want to get in and enjoy their high tea and other experiences, hurry up and reserve!

I have to say the best part was the friendly and personal service. They were understaffed, but all of the kitchen and serving staff went above and beyond to make our experience special. This tea room has the cutest British decor! The tea was phenomenal - we had the Scottish Caramel. It smelled and tasted soooo good. The scones also deserve a special mention; I’ve never had better. If you want the high tea, make sure to reserve the day before. Ordering from the menu gives you lots of great options too!

Absolutely fantastic experience. The food was delicious, tea was spectacular, owners and staff were incredibly pleasant to speak with, and just an overall wonderful afternoon meal.Would highly recommend anyone visiting Niagara Falls to check this place out if you haven't. It's a nice change of scenery from what you get around the Clifton Hill area.

We came in specifically for the high tea and it did not disappoint. Everything was delicious and overall it was a fun experience. Definitely something to try again but I have also heard wonderful things about their other dishes.
