This location has been going downhill for a few years now and it's quite sad to see. Half the light fixtures inside didn't work, tables put against the wall making it unwelcoming, hot pepper station completely empty and menu board was flickering. The whole place definitely could use some love.The sandwiches were such a let down. The peppercorn steak sandwich was just sad to see, probably 1/3 of the quantity it used to have, some part of it were 1 slice of beef thick so definitely underwhelming. The chicken was dry but at least there was a good amount of it.Overall a very disappointing experience. Last time we visited, the store needed maintenance but the food was good. I can't see any reason to come back when the food is also subpar.

My recent visit to this restaurant left me extremely disappointed. The staff, including Lovepreet and Suhani, seemed uninterested in serving customers properly. They mainly spoke in their own language, which made me feel left out.The service was chaotic, and the place was dirty, especially the bathrooms. And when it came to the food, my chicken carbonara was a disaster. There was too much sauce, hardly any chicken, and it just didn't taste good.Overall, it was a bad experience, and I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

The subs we got were inedible!! The Honey bacon club had barely any meat, way too much dressing and the tomatoes were so over ripe they were mushy. Couldn't even eat it!! Our soups were so cold and watery!! Super disappointed!! We used to love Quiznos so much!! Not worth the $50 !!

I will never return to this location as the customer service is horrible. I didn’t realize that the sub of the day (9”) was the one I ordered until after I paid and was waiting for the sub to cook. I originally ordered a 6” but you would think that the owner would have informed me that for LESS money you can get a 9”. Instead he charged me more money for the 6” and after asking him why he didn’t inform me and charged extra he yelled at me. He also put bacon and no mushrooms when I only asked for no bacon. I had two ingredients on this sub… Stay away from this location.

Stopped in for lunch thinking “oh Quiznos has always been good”…..NOT. It was horrible. Actually threw it away it was so poorly done. I had the traditional club and asked for “extra mayo” - it was swimming in mayo. So much so the toppings slid out of the stale bun. Just so disappointed I spent my money here.

We got there at 8:30 PM, so they were closing soon, and they were out of my beloved broccoli and cheddar soup. (SPOILER: by the way, at this location, it is the best I've ever had and that's saying something!) and she could tell I was disappointed, so she actually went into the back and hunted down some and made it for me! That was so sweet of her, considering I wasn't going to make a fuss or anything. Anyway, I ended up buying two bowls, along with my killer subs; they make a wonderful Greek one, as well as old faithful, the chicken carbonara. Great food, great service... And totally worth all the accolades they have gotten from the local newspapers. I will definitely be back!

Owner stayed after close to serve myself and some family. Since we were a large group it took time, but the owner was very friendly. Note to owner: my family loved chatting with you and it was a memorable experience.

DO NOT EAT HERE!!! This place is filthy!! My daughter and I stopped in to get a sub and salad at this location. We’re not from Niagara Falls and figured the “Quizno” name would be safe food. Place is dirty. The owner took forever to get our order done. The owners wife was cleaning bathroom and came out to help him finish the order without washing her hands, so freakin gross!! I told her not to touch our order. We paid and left. About 3 hours later my daughter feeling sickly with bad stomach cramps and eventually major diahorrea, headache and sweating……food poisoning!!!!! DO NOT EAT HEAR!!!!!!!!! I didn’t end up eating my salad because they didn’t give me a fork and we were in transit, thank god I didn’t eat it. I will contact head office as well, it’s not safe food

I have been going to this quiznos for at least 16 years and always loved it. At one point it was not only amazing food but wonderful service and atmosphere. I was starting to get disappointed with the quality of food and service and started slowly down on my visits. I went there tonight, and the food was awful. Small amounts of everything and the service was even worse. There was a girl working named lovepreet? And another girl. I'm trying to order 5 subs, and when the one girl would ask me questions lovepreet would ask a question right away, I'm trying to answer both and lovepreet gets instantly annoyed and no patience. Right away as soon as I entered she rolled her eyes, I knew she was going to give us trouble. When asking about a type of sub we were looking for, she got snappy with me and walked away. It was the most stressful order and it didn't need to be. She then rolled her eyes at the next customer that came in and he said hi and she mumbled at him a really snotty hi. This was no where near to closing. After this.. i will find somewhere else to go. This is not the wonderful quiznos I once knew.
