If you like your bartenders making assumptions about you when they shouldn't be and you're a courteous customer this is the place. They're so hard up poor that if they feel they're losing money they will blame the customers. Genuine review of my experience nothing personal

I've been across the country, handed bottles from franchisees winning franchisee of the year with my help and also local restaurants and bars. this establishment chose to treat me like garbage and ego got in the way. I Could not have been more of a stand-up gentleman. Tourist and locals should not attend this establishment. Blaming your customers for your downfalls is loser mentality Dec 10 2024. I Cost you money? Ask around 🤦♂️🤷♂️ hundreds of thousands. Keep treating people like garbage🤦♂️

I don’t know how to review this place more than a 1 star. Had to wait 8 minutes in a 10% occupied bar to order a pint of beer when the only bartender was chatting over phone in the bar counter itself with someone ( if you ask me may be some long lost love lol)Case in point this was not as easy as in this write up. I had to call the bar publicly advertised mainline to order my beer ( I was afraid that the candid conversation of the waitress over phone could have lasted for more than minutes if not years ) At this point the waitress told me to leave as she felt it was rude to order a pint of beer over the bar mainline ( she told me this when I asked her why was I even asked to leave ). But I personally felt (as a customer and a local reviewer on Google ) that it is very rude for any server to stand in the bar counter talk over phone with someone over some personal stuff and then make customers wait for their orders ( legit business transaction for which the business was opened in the first place - last time I checked this place is not a registered charity and yes you have to pay for your drinks ) and then refuse service . Anyways May be it was my Indian origin or my skin colour or may be it was a bad recruitment decision by the business.Take extreme caution if you are a person of colour and for other regular people try it out for yourself .

Bar staff screamed at a nice woman that just asked to use the bathroom and a man threatened to harm the woman with the bar staff literally backing the guy up. This bar is trash and the people are worse.

My girlfriend and I visited here as we are from the states and we're in Niagara Falls on vacation. My girlfriend and I love local dive bars where we always have a good time and we pick one out everywhere we travel and of course this was another five-star rated bar. Jennifer was awesome she was the bartender friendly got along with everybody took care of situations. Love the bar would definitely go back.

Nice bar with a good vibe. Great atmosphere, nice bartender and patrons were all having a good time. Very nice! They play some old videos or maybe the "TBD" channel on one of the tvs which was very entertaining.
