Always late deliveries and long wait times (15-20 mins). No staff at the front counter to assist. Poor service.

One of the best Kerala restaurants in Niagara! The ambiance is cozy, and the taste is exceptional. The parotta is absolutely delicious, and both the chicken curry and chicken 65 are top-notch. The kizhi parotta can be hit or miss, but the chicken kothu parotta is definitely a must-try. The fresh lime juice is so refreshing. The owner, who also serves, is incredibly humble and friendly. Highly recommend for an authentic Kerala dining experience!

The food was okay except for the prawn fry, which was very little for $16.99. The parotta and beef were very good, but the appam wasn’t tasty at all.

Today, we had the pleasure of dining at Rapha Kitchen in Niagra. Our group of four ordered porotta, beef roast, and fish molly. The porotta stood out for its authentic taste, perfectly flaky and soft, reminding us of traditional flavors. The fish molly was a delightful surprise with its unique yet excellent taste, striking a balance of spices and creamy texture that left us impressed.
However, the beef roast was slightly disappointing. While it was cooked well, the flavor did not meet our expectations, and we found it to be average compared to the other dishes. It lacked the depth and richness we had hoped for.
On the brighter side, the service was truly commendable. The staff greeted us warmly and made us feel very welcome. Their polite and attentive demeanor added a special touch to our experience. The atmosphere of the restaurant was equally impressive, offering a clean, hygienic, and comfortable space to enjoy our meal.
Overall, Rapha Kitchen offers a mix of hits and misses in terms of food, but their excellent service and pleasant ambiance make it a spot worth visiting. We recommend trying their porotta and fish molly for a memorable culinary experience.

The worst food ever I experienced, we travelled from Edmonton to visit the amazing waterfall, but atlast our family ended up in the washroom many times , my kids felt tired and unable to enjoy the scene .
I never recommend the restaurant to the anyone
The staff are very friendly and will answer any questions you may have, very warming and welcoming environments, Food is very authentic, true to the roots. The spice level of medium is very spicy. Truly a great place to experience South Indian food, great food, definitely will be going back again.
