Rapha Kerala Restaurant - Authentic South Indian Cuisine

We visited Rapha as a family, and overall the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. The menu offered a nice variety of South Indian dishes, which really excited us since it’s not something you find everywhere in Niagara Falls.

My dad and I ordered the thali with beef curry, but unfortunately the food came out cold. When we asked about it, the servers explained that the chefs had already gone home at 9 pm, which was disappointing for a sit-down dinner experience. For the price and reputation, we expected freshly made, hot dishes.

That being said, not everything was a miss. We also tried the beef roast with parotta, and that dish was excellent — flavorful, tender, and cooked perfectly. It really showed what the kitchen is capable of when everything is fresh.

✨ In short: Rapha has potential and some standout dishes, but our experience was inconsistent. Would recommend trying the beef roast with parotta, but avoid going late in the evening if you want the full experience.

This place is so weird and not even for one star
Food was cold and not even cooked properly and drinks were gross and they even didn’t listen
For drinks they added water and just give a touch of pineapple not even sweet. It didn’t even taste like pineapple

We had to wait almost an hour for the food that they said was already prepared and ready to eat. Even then we had to remind them what we had ordered multiple times. Wait was not worth it as the food we received was below average.

We went to eat but the atmosphere was bad, we decided to take out, it took long time, kitchen was dirty, wash room was not clean. Pls try different places to eat

Tea was really good. We went there late night. Might be bcoz of that the biriyani and beef roast was not very yummy. But porotta was good.

Food is absolutely delicious. Been there a couple of times and never disappointed. Wait time is a bit high. But the food is totally worth the wait.

I happened to have my dinner last week, I would rate it average . There was a lot of options, but Porotta and pepper chicken were good. We had ordered non veg meals, beef roast, tea, coffee, kappa biriyani and fried rice also. But Kappa biriyani and beef were not up to mark, tea and non veg meals were dampeners. Overall, didn't feel worthy as the dishes were priced a bit higher.

Too Much waiting time.
We checked there @10.30pm and got food @11.30pm.
Food was ok ok but chai is overpriced & quantity is less and not tasty.
Washroom and washbasin is not cleaned.
Only one server was there, that may be cause of delay.

Dont get fooled my manipulated high ratings . Dine in experience is worst. Food was not bad . Not a welcoming place . I won't revisit tis place. Sorry to say , you should teach better customer service to your staffs .

Shady and untidy restaurant . Truly unprofessional staff . Feels its a family owned operated business . Went there seeing the high ratings but totally disappointed
