Under staffed on the floor. Waited 30 minutes for a hotdog. I think kitchen must be understaffed as well. Cancelled our order and asked to pay bill for drinks and she couldn't find our bill after we told her exactly what we had. Ended up paying for only part of what we had. I think the staff needs more training. Not totally the girl's fault. They do there best. But need help. More staff was needed. 2 girls was not enough for that room. Best of luck for the future of that bar/ restaurant.

Great place with very bad service.. been there 2 times and we have been compt 3 times.. how do you make money? You have to hoof it to the bar if you want service. Food wasnt bad.. when we got any.. forget half the order. Come on people get with it.

When I made a trip from Niagara Falls to Saint Catherine’s and back my bike was running out of juice. lady at the front desk let me charge my bike to get me back home. people who were there were very nice and talkative great people all around

The Regency has great entertainment, food, and service. The new owners are doing a fantastic job, and the service is friendly. The Saturday matinee with Blues Etc. is the best show in town. This is my go to place.
