Terrible service. Very rude waitresses

Do yourself a favor and don't waste your time..... Food is decent as long as you don't mind waiting a couple hours..... You're going there a couple of times and it seems to be a pattern with service there.... Dinner reservations for 6:00..... By 7:00 p.m. still no food...... The worst server..... We finally had to leave......

I went here on Valentine’s Day and I would not recommend this restaurant. We arrived at the restaurant and the parking lot was an ice rink. Then we were seated in the furthest corner of the restaurant with no light and it was cold. We moved seats and seemed to the server almost as if we were a bother. The steak we ordered was medium and it came out extra well done and with significant char. They made it again but you can tell it was rushed and not made with care. The “mixed veggies” was a garnish with peppers and onions and mushy zucchini. All in all this meal was not worth the price and the service was along the same lines. I would suggest you take your business somewhere else.

Unforgettable Valentine’s Dinner at Remingtons Steakhouse!

I had the most amazing Valentine’s dinner at Remingtons Steakhouse in Niagara, and everything about the experience was truly special! From the delicious food to the warm ambiance, live singing, and incredible service, it made for a perfect evening.

A huge thank you to our wonderful waitress, Tiara, who was super friendly, attentive, and so helpful with her recommendations. She made sure we had the best dining experience possible! Another big shoutout to Mimi, who went the extra mile and offered to take some beautiful pictures of us, capturing special moments we’ll cherish forever.

The only small hiccup was that I asked for my steak medium, but it came out well done. I decided to just go with it so my boyfriend’s dinner didn’t get cold. That being said, the food was amazing otherwise, and the outstanding service more than made up for it.

If you’re looking for great food, a welcoming atmosphere, and top-notch service, Remingtons of Niagara is definitely worth a visit! We’ll definitely be back.

I just love this place. The food is fantastic. The server was amazing and our server was actually the singer. She had an amazing voice and an amazing personality. What a nice night! Delicious food as well

Parking: During the busy season, free parking can be difficult, but lots of pay to park available all around

Our experience at Remingtons was positive. Pleasant staff and the couples deal is probably one of the most affordable sets for a steakhouse meal for two here at the heart of Niagara Falls. We were especially impressed with the talents of the singing waitress. The food was good but wouldn't say they were outstanding. The items in the appetizer plate were ordinary. Prime rib was a nice dish while NY strip steak was once again, good but not noticeably spectacular

Ordered food today and the food was very bad and cost alot over priced very bad depression food food was under cooked and dry i couldn't finish my food because it was very bad

Good food, not earth shattering for the price. A glass of pop was $4!!!!
Visited here to celebrate my child becoming a young adult. Reservation had "birthday" on it, and my son did not get a cake despite being told before we were seated.

Overall decent experience. In terms of the food i got the surf and turf which was steak and lobster. The steak was a solid 5/5, the lobster tail was mini in size to best describe it, a 1/5. My wife got the seafood linguini and added a lobster tail for $23 and got the mini tail. Not sure if it was even actual lobster. The pasta was a 3.5/5. Garlic bread app good but nothing special. Our server was very nice and kind but the overall time we waited for our main meal was really long. I would give this place a 3.75/5 overall.

Aweful service with plenty of racism. Got seated at the tail end of seating area, opposite to where everyone was seated but I thought some quite never hurt anyone. Waited for 20-25 mins for someone to take an order, no one came. Tried waiving to servers to get attention, but got ignored. And while exiting, when I complained to the receptionist, she just wished me "you have a wonderful day" without even apologizing for the pathetic behaviour. Very very bad experience. Cant give any less stars on google reviews unfortunately.
