Sahara Shawarma Wrap

My friends and I picked up takeout( chicken shwarma plate) on our lunch today.
The 2 young gentleman ( the owner's son and nephew) were working behind the counter. They were both so accommodating professional and kind. They went out of their way to prepare our orders to our specifications. It was refreshing to meet such hardworking, kind people who were willing to go above and beyond to prepare our orders to the very best of their abilities. I highly recommend Sahara Swhwarma!

*2024 UPDATE! EAT IN for the first time! Still awesome BUT even BETTER if eaten at the location! Unbelievably great, the cooks flatironed the meat to perfection and the pita had a tiny crunch with garlic butter(?)

Great Shawarma for Niagara. Big cities seem to have a much greater selection of shawarma places, unfortunately it hasn't caught on in Niagara quite as much as other areas in Southern Ontario. Fortunately this place does it right.
Very clean. Pride in their product. Happy to drive 25 minutes for the good stuff.

Yesterday, we went to order a chicken shawarma wrap at Sahara. There were two girls working, and one of them came to the counter to take our order. We told her we wanted a chicken shawarma wrap. Then she asked, "What kind of wrap?" We repeated, "Chicken shawarma wrap," and also pointed to the picture on the display. Again, she asked, "What wrap?" We clearly told her again, and she gave us a frustrated look and told the other employee what the heck are they saying I don't get it in their language, which we understand,we haven't said anything to them at that moment but felt really uncomfortable .After clearing the confusion we were sitting on the chairs inside, so while making shawarma,one of the girls who took order started talking to another girl about us, which was really inappropriate. Earlier, when there were boys working, we simply told them "chicken shawarma wrap," and without any confusion, they gave us our order. Never going to that place again.

Came in to pick up a wrap for my wife for dinner and, I mean you can see for yourself, looks like someone made this thing with their feet. I got myself a mixed shawarma plate, and that was good but still kinda put together poorly

The Shawarma does not taste authentic, the spice mix is not very good. The service members are nice. The toilets are very very dirty.
