I've purchased several treats from Sining via My Choice Asian store in St. Catharines (the ube bars OMG) and just recently ordered an ube cake through their website. Ordering was easy and the cake looked and tasted great for only $40! The cake was so fluffy and the icing wasn't overly sweet.
Just be aware, Sining operates out of a commissary kitchen so if you're going expecting a bakery or somewhere to sit, you won't find that. They do have a small counter area inside where you can buy their treats.

The best baker in town. Owner is very professional. Cakes always look presentable and most importantly delicious but not overwhelmingly sweet at all. It was perfect! The icing was very smooth the base cake was moist. I ordered a cake for my son’s baptism and it was almond vanilla cake. It was huge, the cake was fresh and stayed moist upto 5days in the fridge. Also ordered cookies from them for the giveaways. Last Christmas owner was able to make yema donuts giveaways for my co workers and they all loved it! Thanks for everything that you do Sining! Will always order specialty/celebration cake from this store. The owner tries to accommodate and fulfill your requests, very professional.

The cake is absolutely average, just butter and sponge. The red velvet is done without any responsibility or care about feedback( see the pics below), 3rd time ordering from this business and totally disappointed with service and especially quality of the product: as I said : mediocre sponge with a lot of butter.

The best desserts I’ve had in a long time! Amazing quality and very delicious ? Highly recommend if you’re in the area. The location is a little hidden but you just turn right when entering the main entrance.
