We did the buffet on second floor. Food was very good, but second and observation deck do not rotate. Still a great view and experience.

The Skylon Tower is a 160-meter-tall observation tower located in Niagara Falls, Ontario, Canada, offering panoramic views of both the American and Horseshoe Falls. Opened in 1965, it features indoor and outdoor observation decks as well as two revolving dining rooms. Its iconic “Yellow Bug” glass elevators take visitors up the outside of the tower in just 52 seconds. It worth a visit for sure. Dont hesitate.

Very cool overview of the Niagara Falls area. We didn't eat there, but we did enjoy the observation deck.

Surprised my little brother with dinner for his birthday. We’ve been to Niagara Falls countless times but this was a first-and what a treat!! Food was phenomenal, servers were very attentive, and the fireworks show was the cherry on top!!

We went for the views, not the restaurant. I had heard the food was not worth it. But the view definitely was worth it! And that’s saying something because we were the CN Tower the day before. I think this is the best spot to get aerial photos of the falls. The line to the elevator down was quite long so keep that in mind for timing. Check it out!
All main course came before we have finished our starter. (Rush atmosphere) We expect more relaxed. 25% tips was added to our bill without prior notice. Such a high gratuity should not be taken for granted until the food quality and dinning experience match the premium price & high tipping.

**Discrimination, Disability Disregard, Terrible Food & Rude Service**
We had an 8:30PM reservation and arrived 5 minutes early. From the start, the experience was terrible:
1. Check-In / Hostess – Instead of seating us, the host looked us up and down and told us to wait. Then, without reason, he said we’d have to wait until 9:30PM. I was with my 85-year-old grandmother in a wheelchair, my husband, and my mother-in-law. Not once did anyone show concern for her accessibility or comfort. My husband had to step in to remind them we had a reservation and asked if we could at least sit by the window.
2. Seating Refusal – There were plenty of empty window tables, but they refused to seat us there. We were left feeling excluded and unwelcome. Only after we placed an order totaling over $500 in food and drinks, they suddenly decided it was “acceptable” to move us to a window table. So the rules shifted once they got our money?
3. Server Interaction / “Minimum Order” Rule – When we first sat down, the server insisted there was a minimum order per person. We weren’t that hungry and wanted to share appetizers and entrées, but we were told we couldn’t. Meanwhile, a white table right in front of us shared one appetizer and meal with no problem. The difference in treatment was obvious. To make it worse, the server’s tone with us was curt and dismissive, while they introduced themselves warmly by name at other tables.
4. Food Quality – The food itself was a disaster:
• The salmon looked like Yoshinoya takeout covered in mystery sauce.
• My sea bass was ruined with an overly sweet sticky sauce.
• The $60 “seafood” pasta was 90% noodles with a few tiny scraps of seafood.
• The wine was disgusting—and when I politely sent it back, they actually tried to charge me for the returned glass.
5. Photographer Incident – Earlier, I asked the photographer if we could sit by the window, and she told me seating was reserved for parties of six or more (we were five). But after they finally moved us to the window post-order, she suddenly came over and barked, “Do you want your photo now?” The inconsistency and tone were insulting.
The entire evening was cold, unwelcoming, and discriminatory. From ignoring the fact that we had a disabled senior in a wheelchair, to enforcing rules selectively, to the dismissive demeanor, it was clear minorities are not treated the same here. Whether it was racism, elitism, or both, it left us angry and appalled.
***And let’s be real: Skylon Tower doesn’t sell food or hospitality. They sell a view. But even that isn’t worth it. We stayed at the Hilton and enjoyed a far better view of the falls and fireworks from our room without the terrible food, rudeness, or the feeling of being treated like second-class guests.
Despite all of this, we still tipped $100 on a $500 tab, in the hope that maybe—just maybe—they’ll treat the next minority family or guest with a disability better than they treated us.
This was the worst dining experience we’ve ever had in Niagara.
**If you care about respect, accessibility, or just basic hospitality spend your money elsewhere.**

We made a reservation for the revolving dinning room for my anniversary. We drove all the way from 8 hrs away for our celebration. This place pretty much ruin our special day.
We specifically requested for the windows seats, we did waited for a little bit but unfortunately they set the table for 16 people whom came after us and told us they have no more window seats and we have to wait for a longer time if we wanted window seats. Since we already have other event planned after dinner so we kind of force to take the inner seats.
Here comes the second disappointment, there are items that already ran out, REALLY, at 5:00 pm dinner and already ran out. My wife was so upset that she wanted to leave immediately.
The manager trace after us and I explained, he has the nerve to say the item that we would like to order only have 8 pieces and come as early as 4:30 to have a chance. This is first time I heard from a “fancy” restaurant that have limited amount for certain dishes and dinner at 4:30 pm.
Also do keep in mind, there is a line to have to wait down at the ground floor. In addition, you will be asked to take a group picture before you heading up so expect to arrival 15-30 min prior to your reservation time so you will have a chance to the seat you would like and perhaps order what you intend for.
As for me, we left Niagara Falls without taste the food that’s why I leave it open for the stars for food.
We ended up going to Table Rock area by the falls with the falls view in front of us and services are so much better. In terms of menu prices, is expected about the same as Skylon Tower.

We had a reservation for dinner at 8:00pm and we were late by half an hour they were very helpful and after 5 5-minute wait, they treated us very nicely with a table beside the window as we requested in the notes.

It is expensive just to see the falls
The Skylon Tower view might be the best in Niagara Falls. The buffet is one of the worst I've ever eaten at. The selection of the choices didn't make any sense. I would suggest a theme for the evening and cater to that.

Terrible place. Very old and needs renovation. When you walk in it smells awful.
The view upstairs is great, but the two restaurants are a no go. The buffet smells terrible and the dining room makes you order more food, no matter that you have ordered a bottle of Prosecco.
If they tell you the rules when you walk in, maybe you can decide if you want to stay.
